It’s truly the perfect place for both and adults. Our children absolutely loved the trampolines, climbing walls, and ninja course – they were active, happy, and smiling the entire time. As parents, we also enjoyed the atmosphere – clean, safe, and well-organized. There’s something for everyone, and the were super friendly and helpful. It’s a great way to spend quality together as a family while having loads of fun. Highly recommend JumpYard Västerås for families looking for a fun and active outing. We’ll definitely be coming back! Fun place i go there and have so much fun. The is electronic screens that you jump on it and it sensors were you are and you could play multiplayer on it and choose a game and battle. There's air bag 2 big trampolines and a party room and a parkour track what ever its called and you can buy food and eat it. There's free WiFi so you dont need mobile data and stuff. Had a birthday party for my son everyone loved it .... I visited JumpYard Västerås back in 2022 or 2023 (I cant remember the exact date) and was really impressed by the modern facilities. However, I had an incident while at the WipeOut game. I fell and broke a bone in both of my hand and wrist. The operator’s response was disappointing; they just told me “Don’t do that again” and didn’t care to check on me or offer any assistance. While the park is fantastic and has a lot to offer, I think the should be more attentive and provide better care for visitors, especially when it comes to safety. First things first: The is very nice and I had absolutely no issue with them. What I did have an issue with is the value you get when booking a birthday package. I booked Kalas Midi which means you get a jumptime of 1 hour during which NO DRINKS or access to the birthday room is available which led to me having to buy drinks for the before even getting into the room. When we finally did get access to the room (we had booked Fika) we had 1 Donut per child at the ready. As all signs say "obegränsat mat och dryck" I asked the for more Donuts and they said this is not possible but we actually would get icecream and one of the would be with us shortly to take the order. This happened like 15 minutes later. When the icecream finally came the barely had to finish it before we had to leave the birthday room. There is no relation to the amount I paid and the value we got out of it - especially comparing it to other similar offers. This place was initially intended to be a source of happiness for children, with the ultimate goal of providing high-quality family time. However, the reality couldn't have been more different. The staff's level of service was incredibly poor, and despite reporting the incident twice to the management, there was no response. The staff's behavior was consistently rude, making it difficult to rate their service with anything other than a negative five stars. Unfortunately, it appears that the management is overwhelmed due to the high number of customers, and they lack the necessary resources, like computers, to effectively address customer concerns. Jämfört med Örebro och andra städer som är superbra är det här en av de värsta vad gäller bemötande. En manlig personal med kaxig attityd som har suttit i kassan ensam året runt passar bara som är försäljare av strumpor som han försöker proppa på alla. Samtidigt som när det gäller frågor om just olika saker som måste fungera och vara öppna, är han inte alls intresserad . Klätterområdet hålls jämnt stängt trots att det var lov när man var där eller man behövde fråga efter personalen för att komma och öppna och så öppnade han inte i alla fall pga så kallad personalbrist . Om det finns några personal så går de mest runt med sura miner och kollar och jagar om man har strumpor eller inte. Mycket låg servicekänsla och attityd i sin helhet.
