The first time I buy a second hand renult from them. I would suggest as it gave us a good deal with discount on insurance and winter tires. The car was delivered clean and ready to ride. Second time today for tire change, it is 495 SEK that is not very cheap and the job was done on 10 min. But I was siting more than 1 hour waiting to receive back my keys. Don’t like it. Not respect to customer. 10 min job and 1 hour + 30 min waiting (before and after). So will try other shops for tire change next time. Super! Nice staff, helpful and very good prices on everything. The car was delivered with an unfunctional windscreen washer and hanging rubber underneath the car. We also noticed multiple unknown phones connected to Communication System (obviously car has been in the showroom, but the dealership never informed us about this). But this was just the start of countless faults in the car and 8 repair shop visits during the first year. Some of the faults - check engine lamp (at least 4 times), car keys stop working while driving, broken cargo net, multiple requests for software update, emergency breaking system activates randomly, etc. On top of all these faults in the car - Bilia ignored our communication for multiple months. Volvo, your book folders don´t even fit reports from the first year. Please avoid this dealership and Volvos.
