I can not guarantee that you will experience the fear, but there are many of these.... Lovely atmosphere, classic architecture, plenty of small locations to visit nearby with a lot to just stop and watch in awe. Quite a few events out here normally but due to COVID-19 not much is happening anymore.. En mycket vacker plats, ett vattenhål. Ett fint café med trevlig personal. Nice location. Very good for walk as much as you want with the nature🤗. Engsö castle is beautifully situated on the Island Ängsö in lake Mälaren, near Västerås. Enjoy beatiful walks on the property and a fika at the castle café. Något café fanns inte vid slottet tyvärr. Beautiful place and very tasty cakes. It is worth stopping here and refreshing. Nice Forrest at the lake We were on a nice 4 km ring walk through the nature reserve which started and ended here at the castle. After our walk we thoroughly enjoyed the homemade cakes and coffee offered in the cafe. There is outdoor seating and a small playground for the kids. I highly recommend adventuring out into the nature reserve! God mat (toast) Slottet invändigt många tavlor att se i alla rummen. Finns en souvenirshop också. Parken är trevligt att gå runt i. Fina stigar/vägar till utkikstornen som ligger ute i våtmarkerna. Interesting, historical old castle with a ghostly past. Problematic to find any opening hours, but they said that they are working on a website to solve that. Öppet 11-15. När vi kom dit vid 13 så fanns det en fralla och pannkakor att äta, och ingen möjlighet att göra nya mackor.
