Fun for kids. They have 30+ exponents, most of them dinosaurs, some other animals, could be educational for those interested. The whole tour probably takes around 20 minutes. The parking is 200-300m away. There's also a very small amusement near one of the parkings Wonderful Ok It's small, but interesting for kids. There are more than 30 dinossaurs organized by period/era. Close to the dinoussaur park, there is also a playground for kids. It's not so cheap, but it's a good option to spend a fun afternoon with children if you are around Bologna Ok Great for kids! A bit pricey for the adults and perhaps a bit too cruel seeing the triceratops eaten by the T-rex but what can you do? It's the food supply chain... Great fun for small children, lots of exciting photo opportunities. Make sure you verify their opening hours before coming. There's very little shade, so bring hats for the little ones Nice display of dinosaurs, no more than an hour here but the prehistoric museum is a 1 minute walk away as well, and there is a nice spot for a picnic by the river in the park, bit expensive for an hour or less though. New experience to who loves to study abbout dinasaurus. friendly staff One of the biggest surprises for me in Bologna! If you love dinosaurs, this place is an absolute must-visit. It features life-size models of around 30 dinosaurs, along with a few other prehistoric creatures. Of course, you'll find the iconic T-Rex with his all-time rival — a fallen Triceratops — and a Diplodocus confronting an Allosaurus. But my personal favorite was the Spinosaurus facing off against the ancient crocodile, Sarcosuchus. It looks epic! To me, this place feels more like an open-air museum than an amusement (you can't touch the dinos), but it’s still a great spot to visit with kids. A big plus — they update the models to reflect the latest paleontological discoveries about how these creatures may have looked. And here’s a fun touch — if you or your enjoy the Ice Age animated movies, they have a Megalonyx (Sid), a Smilodon (Diego), and of course, the squirrel! You might even spot the mammoth (Manny) on your way to the park. A really cool place!
