Fantastic & insightful visit I did not do the visit, but both my wife and son did. They REALLY enjoyed it a lot! Specially my boy, he was already a big Parmeggiano fan but after this, he is even more into it. He was particularly interested in hearing about the different cow races & types of grass, etc. Highly recommended visit! I bought 4 kg of from this place in December 2024, in 0.5 kg portions. I hadn’t checked the packages properly, and later on—around February 2025—I noticed that two of them were not properly sealed or vacuum-packed, so they developed mold. I didn’t want to contact them at first because I thought too much time had passed, but I finally did—today. They blamed me, as if storing in the fridge without damaging the packaging were some kind of science. They took no responsibility and made no gesture to offer any compensation. I suggest checking each you buy from them very carefully. I definitely recommend to go there ! The guide was very interesting and passionate about the topic. He speaks a perfect English. Shoutout to the tasting at the end ! We loved it ! We took the in English with Attila two weeks ago and it was great! He was a real expert, told curiosities and facts and answered all of our questions. Plus, we were lucky enough that nobody else came in the same time slot (early in the morning to see the whole process), so it ended up being like a private which made the experience even more memorable. Finishing with a testing of the with different flavors was also the cherry on top! Also, the variety of products in the shop was amazing, we got all of our food souvenirs there. We definitely recommend the experience to learn more about how Parmigiano reggiano is made and also have a good time! We had a great guided and learnt a lot about the production cycles. At the end of the tour, there was a tasting with a glass of wine 👍🏻🤗 I recommend to start the at 8am or 9am, because then you have a chance to see the real of making. We had an amazing time learning about the entire of parmigianno reggiano and got to taste different ages of the along with some fresh . Our guide Atilla was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions about the process. He also helped us understand which to buy. I highly recommend the tour! Wonderful guide who was extremely friendly, informative and left us knowing much much more about the than when we arrived. Very dry sense of humour which we loved and the owner (Teresa) was fabulous, let us try the 10yr old Parmesan and explained the family history. Just a fantastic morning well spent overall - thank you again! We had a fantastic with Attila. He is super knowledgeable about the Parmesan making and he is passionate about what he’s doing. We had our late morning and we were able to see the cows, inside the factory and the final products. By the end of the tour, we did tasting and we sampled 24 months old all the way to 100 months old cheese. And we bought fresh butter, jam, and more (of course)!
