I was disappointed because I remember what this course is like when they take care of it. My favourite golf course in slovenia, best price performance you can get..beautiful scenery, well maintained, diverse holes, need to use all your clubs (especially the long ones), lots of hills and trees to keep you in shade. This year they improved greens a lot, speed 6-8/10. I recommend the use of cart :). Positioned beautifully near the Otočec castle and on the hills. Especially hole 13 has an amazing view on the area. Ivan, Nike and the other staff were beyond kind: I would definitely recommend going here! Hope to come back next year. Bergplatz. Wer Bergsteigen und Blinde Löcher mag ist hier richtig. Carts dürfen nicht aufs Fairway, was sehr mühsam ist. Sehr bergig und schwer zu Fuß 18 Löcher zu bewältigen. Fairways teils ohne Gras. Rough sehr hoch und Dornen und Wald rechts u. links vom Fairway. Ball springt in alle möglichen Richtungen. Durch das hügelige Gelände verliert man den Ball Und man findet ihn oft nicht. Grüns schnell und ok. Werden mit einem Tankwagen bewässert. Abschläge ist das Gras viel zu hoch Cart für 18 Löcher 40€. Muss ich nicht nochmal spielen. I absolutely love this course! The scenery is amazing, and the hole design as well. Came in late October, the course was in perfect shape even after 4 days of heavy rain. Get a package with nearby Sport Hotel - it's a real bargain for 79euros (night, breakfast, pool, sauna, 1h massage and on top you have a free fee+cart). The free cart is nice - it's a long up and down course. And on top of everything you can still use the hotel facilities after you checked out, which is really nice after a round of golf. Already planning to comeback for more than one day. Pretty good challenging golf for a decent price. A bit confusing and no cart on the fairways. Greens were just punched. Would get 4 stars if not for the ranger who was a complete a-hole. Cursed at us for not going where to go. We planed on playing three rounds, ended up doing only one because of the experience. Ended playing at Royal Bled instead, totally worth the splurge. I guess they do not want tourist here.
