I visited twice and both times there were distractions: slightly dirty toilets and music that was too loud and inappropriate. If the owner had paid more attention to these important details, it would have made guests much more comfortable. During my first ever visit in August last year, I was met with an annoyed look by the waitress when having asked for hot chocolate, which they weren't able to serve at that time for unknown reasons. Could have offered an iced chocolate or something similar, but didn't, so hadn't ordered anything. The most recently I've been there was this month and all the shelves were empty, there was only a selection of cakes and ice-cream. Cakes are affordable, but not very tasty. The sweet cream used in them makes my stomach turn. All the hype about this place simply isn't justified in my opinion. We thought we were gonna pay for the most expensive ice cream ever but the portion was so huge! And yummy! Best ice cream ever.
