This was a real hidden gem. It was mostly Slovenians there. Steep down from the car park, which should have been a chargeable one, but I couldn't find anyone to pay. At the top there is the site of the old castle, there is an information board. There was a coffee shop but it wasn't open (I am guessing this is where you would pay for parking). The natural spring is at about 20-22 degrees. Perfect on a hot day, there is a waterfall system too, with a path leading to the top. There are two changing cubicles near the picnic benches. Toilets are temporary portable ones and according to my kids they need emptying. Bring a picnic and there is a large area on an island where you can picnic under the trees. A very enjoyable place. Nice place, small natural in shade. Temperature of water was 23 degrees celsius. River flows around with few waterfalls. You can go upstream on marked path and through river. Near is small meadow. Car park approx. 5 min. walk. It wasn't crowded today. We absolutely love our experience here! It was so pretty 😍 However, the portaloos was absolutely shocking!! Definitely recommend - it does have a steep hill to down and back up! We went here this afternoon, there was nobody around, it looked and felt as amazing as we expected. So peaceful. Warm water & quite cold (-2) when walking back up to the motorhome but luckily the takes about 5 minutes. So nice that dogs are allowed on leach! Amazing place super relaxing what can I say nature is amazing that's all. Access isn't great and parking is far away but it's a short 10 minute to the water. Amazing natural thermal pool! Beautiful little natural thermal pool, right next to a river. When we visited nobody was there and the river by the thermal was torrential due to rain past few days. It was nice to have the place to ourselves, even if it was raining for a short time (due to the size I can imagine it can get crowded fast). There is a mill just before the path to the pool, but it's a private property and all fenced and locked. All in all, breathtaking place 😍 Very good place for a short break,in the side of spa very good and clean, but in other side you have to take care because you can see snakes in the water.
