I tasted Lator, Hedonista, Carménère and another one from the Virgo selection (can’t remember the name). Probably the best quality I had in Villány. Pricey though, but it was worth for the premium quality (they only make a few barrels per year). I was super happy with my decent Hungarian beef stew too with dumplings, portion, filling, hearty, super tasty. Drinking after this felt like heaven. The guys working there are lovely too! Very experience.. and once again, outstanding red wine! Delicious foods and very red wine. My favorite is Daniel, it's really Bordeaux style red wine. The Chief is talented. We waited long for staff. There is no bad wine. You simply can't order else, just the best. The food is super tasty, the staff is very competent, they can answer any question about wines. Highly advised. I'm vegetarian and there was no vegetarian option there in 2022. I ordered a cheese plate for the starter but they missed the grape jam, so it was just so dry. For the main curse, I had no other options so I ordered fish, I could eat the salad with fries, and give the fish to my father, but I couldn't finish the salad because it was so wet and lost its texture meanwhile - I got the main curse but had no cutlery and we had to wait for that more than 10 minutes. Not so organized. For the others - the restaurant had not enough food prepared so not all my family members could eat what they wanted. We had a reservation so I think it's just a simple miscalculation. Oh, and they missed the by brother ordered for his steak. Sad, because the other reviews were about this restaurant, but this is just not the standard we used to for this price. I tasted Blonde and Hedonista and they were really good.
