After 7:30 p.m., the staff very rudely and nervously rush visitors to leave the pools, while the lights in the room with lockers and changing cabins are turned off at 7:30 p.m., although it is pointed out that the facility closes at 8:00 p.m. The facilities are and enjoyable for everyone between 1 and 99 yrs old. There are and fun water slides kids are loving it. There are for toddlers, kids, swimming pool and a thermal bath. All are good, fun and lovely. However the services are lagging far behind. Even though the staff are kind and helpful there constantly far too long lines before the bars and restaurant, the massage reception was empty for hours, the trash are everywhere because the cans are full which is just disgusting, they don't have pissoars for children and the restrooms' capacity are far inadequate. What they need is more attention and organizational skills and the place can be really good. I visit this SPA on Sunday. open inside the building. Outside of building closed due seasonal point. Great place, for kids, for elders, 3 type of saunas, salt room, restaurant, caffe bar, warm water pool. Restaurant is average - nothing special but ok, around pool are deck chairs, nice dressing rooms with security locks, showers - all that you will need at such a place. Price is medium. We visited the place on the 13.08.2025. We experienced the rudest customer service from the sales persons (2 young ladies) I asked for a family with 2 children my daughter was in the missus hands 1.5 yo they asked how old was the daughter I told them than they sold me a 1 adult 2 children I paid, after we noticed. I asked that we can cancel that and get a family with 2 adults 2 children it wasn't possible. I had to buy a for the missus seperetly she had not been included in the family They ripped us off with 10 pounds. Don't wanna sound tight but this is un acceptable. Bad customer service! I would give this spa a 4.5/5 stars. The dishes we chose were nice, tasty Not preheated, the bathrooms were clean as well as the rest of the place. The heating in the and in the saunas got stimulated during the day, so for a fuller experience I would recommend coming 1-2 Hours after opening. Otherwise we were completely satisfied with everything. You might think the place is pricey but you're really just paying for the quality at Spa Siklós Everything is clean and the overall experience is great. just the showers aren't in the best condition. Our overall experience was good. There are a few things that I would like to point out. The way people can take 5+ chairs even though the group is only with 2 is unfair for bigger families that do need more chairs. The food was very good, we tried their new pizza’s and the langos was also amazing. The were the right temperature that was written down which is something we were scared about because when we went in april a year ago, all the were cold and the same temperature so I’m glad it was like it should be. I saw some other reviews talking about some of the saunas not working and that is still not fixed which is sad. It would also be nice if they added a box to dry our swimwear in. Overall, we are happy with how it all went and the staff were all very friendly and can speak english!
