Saunas were ok. Restaurant was ok , nothing special. One more note which I didn’t affect my review but I want to mention it here is the fact that these places only allow for the nude when using the pools and saunas. I hope that they can change it in the future as really doesn’t do anything good to the experience. Very spa, with outside sauna's and relaxation rooms, a pond you can swim in and a good restaurant! Honestly I find this place and the way it is managed, quite disappointing, my advice is AVOID IT. We gave them a call before driving 2 h to get there, we were informed that the warm was under maintenance, but we had been reinsured that we could use the jacuzzi. We were a bit disappointed for not being able to use the big warm pool, also considering that the 30€ entry fee was not reduced for the inconvenience, but we were still motivated to go thank to the presence of the jacuzzi. Once we got there, the receptionist (that probably was also the same person who picked up our call), told us that no jacuzzi was present but a small warm yes; our disappointment was growing, but we had been driving 2h to get there, so we decided to give this place a shot anyway. We paid 60€, and then once inside the spa area, we asked another member of the staff where to find the "small warm pool", we were then informed that actually it is just a bath tube for couples and they charge an extra fee of 25€ for 30 minutes of use. This is the moment when we realized we drove 2 h for nothing... Only the saunas were available. I feel this is kinda of a fraud, the main attract of the spa is out of order, the price Is not being reduced accordinlgy and on the top of it, they lie to attract customers, we wasted 60€ and a lot of fuel to get to this place, where we spent only 30 mins. The worker doesn’t smile. I would give 5 stars for the place but i didn’t like the workers in the entrance sauna, but expensive compared to other (and better) ones in the region. A deposit of 20 euros needs to be paid for a bathing suit. I paid by card, but they gave my deposit back in cash. When I asked if they couldnt pay it back on my debit card the lady behind the counter promptly and rather unfriendly declined this. In summary: Saunas nice. Restaurant nice. very small. Garden nice. Checking in and out not so nice. War hier zum ersten Mal. Es gefiel mir gut. Obwohl es voll war, waren immer genug Liegen frei und in den Saunen war auch genug Platz. I went with my disabled brother parked at a disabled place with a disabled badge on the windscreen which she didn’t accept. She was quite racist and discriminative. She was not having it that we parked on a disabled car park with a blue badge with his id and badge number visible. Very bad attitude accused him of being perfekt and having no health issues until my brother showed his proteases. We have been treated like we don’t belong to their community. I personally don’t think that somebody being disabled should be mistreated in any way regardless from which country. Das Wellneuss über die 72 Stunden zulässige Zeit filmt, und seine eigenen Mitarbeiter im Kassenbereich überwacht. Es gibt auch keinen Bereich wo man in der umkleide gefilmt wird. Es sind nocht viel mehr verstösse. Ihr hättet mir damals besser das Geld zurück geben sollen nach der negativ Erfahrung und meine negativ Bewertung anfechten sollen, und mich stattdessen beleidigen und auslachen sollen. Danke dafür. Otherwise lovely place, especially the outside area but they have one horrible employee. The short brunette lady harrassed us for 45min before closing for various different reasons. It ended that she came into the mens showers to say something while I was showering there alone. This is unacceptable behaviour from an employee as she could have knocked and say her thing rather than coming into the shower. What a shame for a place..
