Wow !!! So so nice . The prettiest medieval in Cote d'Azur. Hands down. There are so many nice galleries and restaurants. The are well kept. It wasn't as busy as Eze was, so it was very nice walking and enjoying the village. Superb. This charming town/Ville is an absolute gem and a highly recommended detour if you find yourself nearby. It's bursting with endearing character. We were left yearning for a few more days to truly soak in its allure. When traveling from Cannes to Grasse, in the mid is Mougins Vieille ville. This is a small but it feels like a symphony. Walk from central town upto this place is quite steep. You can take a cab upto this point. Its the main attraction and majority tourist are in this area. Personally I would have preferred to stay but time was constraint. This is a place not to be missed when planning a trip to French Riviera. This is so beautiful. Medieval. There are loads of shop's to explore here. Art galleries, coffee shops, clothing boutiques, a perfume shop and many more. Lot's of statue's to capture on film. The view from up here is breathtaking. Absolutely in love with Mougins Old Town 💛 Mougins Vieille Ville is simply magical. I completely fell in love with its charm — the narrow stone streets, the flowers on every corner, the quiet elegance of the little art galleries and cafés. Every step feels like walking through a painting. This hilltop near Cannes offers breathtaking views, a calm and romantic atmosphere, and a deep sense of history. In the summer, the light is golden, the air smells of lavender and pine, and time seems to slow down. You can wander for hours discovering hidden alleys, sculptures, and panoramic terraces. It’s the kind of place that stays in your heart. Mougins is not just beautiful — it’s unforgettable. A true gem of the French Riviera. Fantastic little hilltop with lovely restaurants and shops. The last home of Pablo Picasso. Hidden gem in the Côte d’Azur; free parking and very picturesque streets. Many Picasso influences Take time to visit this beautiful in France…. It is worth a stroll and a lovely dinner to one of the many restaurants. I recommend it. Mougins old is one of the prettiest medieval hilltop places I have ever visited. There is beauty at every turn with the most magnificent views. I fell in love with the charm and quiet elegance of this place with its narrow stone streets, pretty fountains and enchanting art galleries and cafes. You feel as if you are walking in a painting or a movie set. It becomes even more magical and romantic in the evening under the moonlight. The perfect place to explore! Another beautiful french with amazing views. Lots of high end art shops and restaurants. Worth a visit. As soon as you arrive in the village, you will be seduced by the charm of the narrow roads, bordered by colourful flowers and superb ancient houses. Picturesque door-ways with each stone carefully restored, beautifully designed window-frames... there's a delightful detail everywhere you look! Charming old hilltop town with narrow streets. Many art galleries and restaurants. Worth a visit lots of interesting sculptures. Wonderful views of the surrounding countryside I came here twice during our travel to southern France. I bathed myself in the magic of art in this little village. Art and romance are in the air. Of course the view down the hills is magnificent. Recommend coming by car if you can, public transportation will require a bit of uphill walk. We went having absolutely no idea of the history of the place, as we wanted to visit another place after the old medieval centre of Biot. It is a well kept, even curated place. It has benefited from tasteful refurbishments of its pathways, and the place has a bit of a "exclusive spa and hotel" feel to it, but all in a balanced manner. Sculptor Emmanuel Michel has many of his works installed there and I personally find his sculptures remarkable (excellent capture of movement, very expressive sculptured faces). I will include pictures of these sculptures but see the "real thing" in context is something worthwhile. Wow! This dinner was perfect, we loved such food and enjoyed the service so much. The waitress was so welcoming, even bringing us a tablet where we could see pictures of dishes and select what we wanted. The portion turned out so big!!! We are very satisfied and definitely recommend the place! Magnifique place!! Go visit it if you can, the city feels unreal with many little atelier and artisans shops, little and many statues around. We went to this city for one evening and we loved everything about it, there wasn't a single bad thing.
