Only 75 mins sessions but they don't allow you a drink at 59 mins in. It is incredibly loud with sitting around playing on their phones. The DJ is ridiculously loud, you can't hear who you're with at 2pm in the afternoon! It is definitely not ADHD friendly and everything is crowded packed together. Drinks and 4.50 for a slush. It's changed over the years - for the worst. Unfortunately My daughter 8th with her having austim and adhd i choose a quiet we were there 16th of August. We had a extra ticket and paid it forward. This was our second visit and even during the Easter holidays, it wasn’t busy – which was a huge bonus. There’s loads to enjoy: a massive inflatable freestyle jump zone, obstacle courses, trampolines, a bouncy football and more. The space is clean, are friendly and it’s value considering the variety on offer. The Air Thrill gripper socks don’t offer the snuggest fit, and while there’s not much you can do about that, it can make some of the obstacles slightly more challenging. Cafe doesn't have a huge amount of choice and absolutely no healthy options (no soup of the day available at lunchtime when we were there) but the loved it My grandsons 9th was there. Really well organised. Girl who was our host was lovely. had a time. Food was fair ... nuggets chips and pizza. Plenty of them. They had there own booth. I think it was worth the money. Only thing I got annoyed about was the young guy at reception saying I hadn't a booking. So I'd double double check. Went to a night here advertised as an 'adults only night' only to share the park bit with a children's party. Obstacle courses are a lot less fun when a group of very young are taking over it all. The were friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience stress-free from start to finish. The had an amazing – they loved the trampolines, ninja course, and soft play areas. Everything was clean, well-organized, and felt safe. The package was value and the food was perfect for hungry after all the jumping! My son said it was his best ever – we’ll definitely be back. I visited after booking online. I noted the free 9 hole course offer in neighbouring Electric Thrill wasn't offered. I queried this upon check in with the member admitting this was strange. I checked once in the venue and the offer appeared. I then queried this with a young male member who seemed annoyed that I'd interrupted his conversation with his female colleague. He advised they were aware of technical issues and there was nothing that could be done post purchase. I may be allowed to claim the offer at the discretion of the in Electric Thrill. I asked to speak to a Manager, and was advised the person I was speaking with was a manager. I was astounded that this person was a member of staff, let alone deemed suitable to be a manager! I can only presume that the owners of Air Thrill Scotland don't have a training programme. I sorted this out via Live Chat, no thanks to the kid of Manager, and it was sorted with ease, thank you the member of who used commonsense and listened to what the issue was. I also asked if Air Thrill had a head office, he advised he couldn't give me the details, I advised that I never asked for the details and would find these myself. I wonder who deem people like this suitable to work in customer facing roles in the first place? I love this place and so do my kids. Sure the music is too loud, and the equipment could use a refresh in some places, but value for money you can't beat it. For the slightly dearer entry price, you get the huge Inflatable centre and the centre. More fun than any other soft play or Inflatable centre or place. Love the big outer obstacle course, love the giant bouncy balls, love all the activities. Hm I have a mixed Review on our here yesterday. On one hand my had a time, our host Sophie was really and did so much for us and we left mostly happy. However, the food just ran so far behind all of the got quite antsy, and my son who is gluten free and dairy free wasn’t able to have pizza when he thought he was going to because it would take them too long to make. I was thinking since it was a booked for a certain all of that would have just been ready to go for us. Today we were at another party, also with food allergies (and double the children) and we saw just how smoothly it actually could have gone. I would have a here again if one of my asked for, but now that I know what to expect I would be a bit more on top of the food bit. Very fun and adventurous place for young and even teens to have fun, I did however notice many large holes in the bounce places which were big enough for a child to crawl through. Price is ridiculous for a 75 minute session. Don’t go on your own with two of different age brackets. My 6 year old had to do the assault course and free jump on his own as my 4 year old isn’t allowed on. Then my 6 year old isn’t allowed in the inflatable bit for smaller kids. Chaotic arrival area, with making little effort to ease the confusion. Staffed by teenagers who were nice enough but most hanging about with their faces tripping them. Value for money is poor and the organisation of the various areas is odd. Won’t be back. My son loved this place. The inflatables were with the added bonus of a park- my 2 year old has spoke about it all night. My only complaint would be that the inflatables suited 3/5+ could be easily and safely accessible for older 2yr olds. I know my son would be capable of playing in that especially since myself, an adult, would be with him too. I understand it could be down to insurance purposes though, however if not please consider that 2+ could play here too and it is quite restrictive in terms of the inflatables since they understandably can’t do the adult course. Other than that it’s really just one inflatable for 2 and under. Also to the DJ - Lenny Pearce Toddler Techno. The toddlers especially would be buzzing with this. My son absolutely loved dancing to your tunes! Tables in seating aeria in very poor condition very rusty. The coffee was the worst I've ever had ,probably the water from the puddle outside tastes better. It's alright nothing special. For the price not so good. I was here 10am with my daughter, it was freezing but probably heat up by the afternoon sessions. Gents toilet is stinking of urine, and disgusting, guess the cleaner was off today! It's not really value, ive see better softplays like the one in Cumbernauld, same price but more value with more to do! Music is blasting at 10am lol. Seating on one side where the trampolines are is more comfortable than the metal chairs at the entrance area. Im sitting 15m away from gents toilet I can smell urine masked with air freshener When I go it's usually really good, but today the main obstacle course was shut. They ran out of food so quickly. It's £20 and the MAIN PART WAS SHUT. I definitely think there should be compensation for this inconvenience. Took my daughter and a friend today for the 11:30am session. The acro pad was being used by 5 members of doing back flips, box jumps and other dance tricks making it impossible for the to use. Spoke to the manager who stated they were doing content for social media and kept saying he can’t discuss what goes on in the background. I couldn’t care less about the background of what there doing but when you pay the money to use the facilities it shouldn’t be used by for content. The manager was dismissive and basically told me the can do what they like as it’s for content. I recently visited Air Thrill for a session from 13:00 to 14:15. We arrived 15 minutes early, expecting to start on time, but were not admitted until 13:15. Despite paying £50 for three people, our session was cut short. What was even more frustrating was the issue with the gripper socks. My girlfriend had socks specifically designed for these types of facilities but from another place, offering better grip than the ones sold at Air Thrill and thicker and comfier. However, she was told she couldn’t participate unless she bought a pair with the Air Thrill branding. The claim was it was for “safety,” but it seemed more like a money-making scheme than a genuine concern. For a place charging a substantial fee, this nickel-and-diming over socks felt stupidly unfair and unnecessary. It never used to be like that. Overall, the experience was disappointing. If you decide to visit, be prepared for additional charges and potential delays that could impact your enjoyment. Would not recommend unless improvements are made.
