An amazing trampoline park great and so much fun would really recommend for adults and love it. Cost a small fortune with all the extras. Drinks slushies ice creams, especially when there are 3 of them. Worth it to see there little faces light up. U know they will sleep well tonight. Good few hours spent together. enjoyed themselves and had good fun. Smaller than the normal trampoline places. Good seating area and clean toilets. Also the cafe has some good stuff. Lighting could be better and they are a bit restrictive if you are not wearing trying to find your kids! Visit the park regularly for the parent toddler sessions. The prices out with this time are pretty steep. The team are always super helpful and make check in easy. Their is a good amount of various sized trampolines for all activities. Climbing wall which is difficult without shoes on. The atmosphere is always good, only one downside is parents don't always follow the basic safety tips outlined in the video and sometimes let there go rouge so need to be on the ball to not hurt anyone! Staff have always been spot on! 4* is due to the price out with parent and toddler & also the website for booking it has recently became even more frustrating to use that it's predecessor which also wasn't the most user friendly! Particularly poor in the sense there is such a lack of the attitude from when it is busy has actively been off putting for future visits. My young cousin felt very frustrated when walked past and left us waiting for half an hour when we just hadn't been before. Horrible experience. I paid for entry but never even got to use the facility. I was bullied by an individual near the stairs in the safety video area, which made me feel uncomfortable. I chose not to continue with the visit as a result. Staff refused to give me a refund and treated me poorly when I explained what happened. I paid and got nothing. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend. We celebrated our daughter’s 7th birthday party in Gravity and couldn’t be happier with how it went: registration, playing time, food and our cake presentation. Erin is one of the best people I ever met in service, I was prepared to work hard with organization and instead I was just given a free voucher for latte to chill 😁 She lined them up to register, lead to where they needed to be, covered a couple of my oversights. Delighted with Gravity and hope Erin can get some bonus from the company 😁 Really disappointing on our last visit. Almost £80 for 3 to have their time, there was clearly too many people just sitting around the place as myself and one of the young people had to sit in the locker room. When I went to get the a drink there was no sugar free options other than red bull 0 sugar, when I asked if they had anything else I was told no there wasn't enough people to stock up through the day. This isn't the first time we have been but it wasn't a nice experience. Good overall but having no at the bottom were you sign in was a little annoying, there should have been at least one person there. The place is filthy! Through the full session the mess was brushed up and left there, we were told to sit on the tables that had the mess on the floor because they have just cleaned the other tables and are not allowed on them. I couldn’t even take my to the toilet as they were disgusting.You can see in the pictures this is unacceptable. Due to this reason I will not return! Personally didnt enjoy the experience. Had that are the same as the gravity and was told we couldnt go on because we didnt have the gravity socks. Which are the same thing we had on! You already pay to get in which is enough but the on top are a rip off. Half the lockers also dont work in the lockers section meaning someone is constantly with bags instead of actually being in the park. The trampoline park was a huge hit, giving the plenty of room to run, jump, and burn off energy. Aamnah made sure every child felt included and had fun, with her patience and enthusiasm really shining through. The party package was thoughtfully organized, covering everything from the activities to the food. The only improvement would be adding more variety to the food options and offering some halal choices, which would make the even better. The had an absolute blast, and as a parent, it was a huge relief knowing everything was handled so professionally. Aamnah’s attention to detail and her ability to manage the group made the whole stress-free for us. I highly recommend Gravity Active in Glasgow for any child’s birthday party. Good place but your cafe lift has been broken for so long and you’re clearly not bothering to fix it. We have a 7 week old baby with no way to access the cafe other than banging it up the stairs 😒 Fix it. It is filthy, for a start. We attended for a birthday party and the process was to sign a liability waiver on the ground floor, have the remove their shoes and put on the special trampoline socks, and then send them upstairs via an escalator, barefoot. I genuinely cannot understand who thought that was acceptable or safe. The layout is also deeply flawed. Even if parents are watching from the café, there are large blind spots that are open to the public. Because the venue connects directly to the Xscape shopping mall, any adult can wander in and potentially interact with children without a parent knowing, unless you are shadowing your child the entire time. could also easily just walk out. The place appears to be mostly run by underpaid, disengaged teenagers, which only adds to the concern. Overall, it feels poorly thought out and unsafe. I sincerely hope I am wrong, but it has all the elements of a tragedy waiting to happen.
