Have a look on the website for pictures, to many weans running about to make them all anonymous. We've not been in for a while now but I've noticed a decline in the place. Its getting a bit tired, could do with a 'spruce' up and a bit of a tidy and clean. The tables are a bit toooo close together for comfort, people kept bumping in to us on the way past ( children were excited but the parents could have a little more manners ) Don't know when it went ( could be years, because there not open on a Monday & Tuesday, but that's when I'm baby sitting .... or as they like to say "child minding" ) ... but the bouncy castle 🏰 isn't there anymore. There was a couple of other niggles, but ultimately the had a blast !!! My and us adults really enjoy it here. Take the fantastic Meal deal for the kids.. it's well worth it. £7 for a 3 year old and £8 for 6 year old. Gives them entrance and food. So really only worked out a few £ for entrance and a meal which was really and also included a juice for them. Can not argue with that deal. I paid £6 for the macaroni and was delicious. This place is always busy. There is a car park outside A secure entrance and exit. The food is really nice and enjoyable. Their is employees in the to help keep the peace and look after certain of the climbing which is fantastic. We were there for 2 hours and wee see the panda and minney mouse which the loved. The loved it here. I have included the menu for you. Could do with updating their opening hours, as it's not very clear, even on their Facebook page. I've done it for them on Google. Good size and range of equipment, plenty of seating, and spacious. Cafe prices quite steep, but I've seen worse elsewhere. Didn't eat here, so cannot comment on the quality of the food. Looks very basic and small portions. Very slow service, and would benefit from a dedicated person at the till. At busy times, you'll be about 10-15 mins waiting to place an order. Unfortunately, the tannoy system is useless - loud enough but incomprehensible messages. Pleasant young staff, and atmosphere for kids. Best avoid engaging with the older lady at reception though, as she comes across as having poor customer service skills. Not to be confused with the lady in the kitchen, who is very cheerful. I've noticed the owner on site, but generally he just sits at a table near the toilets. Things might be better if he helped out more? Also, for some unknown reason, the kitchen will close in the middle of the day. I can only guess this is for breaks, but this should be covered by a rota and enough staff. It's to the detriment of the customers, and seems at odds with any other softplay I've taken the to. If the kitchen is closed, so is the cafe till, so the business loses out too. Doesn't make any sense. Website page on their banner outside seems to be defunct, and the Facebook page doesn't have enough information. Wouldn't take a lot to inform potential customers of what is standard in all other entertainment places. Again, as a business owner, why wouldn't you want to promote and inform people of what's available and when? 2 adults + 2 was £22 on the door. Still never understood why adults are charged for entry. Seems unethical. If you were charged to sit-in at a cafe, would you go back? Also, large of the carpark are prone to flooding, especially the north-west corner. It doesn't help that the gutters are broken, which direct a deluge of water into one area. Needs fixed immediately. I took the wee man here last midweek as we like to try different softplays to see what they have to offer. It was decent enough but we weren't blown away by it. He is coming up for 3 so the toddler section just doesn't cut it for him in most places as he gets too bored and this was much the same. The bigger section was ok but too many ropes and bridges for him to navigate, and the large slide/cars were closed off. They did have a football pitch and some trampolines which was a bonus but far too many on them to get a proper go. He usually stays no bother for the 2 hours but he was asking to go home after an hour. The big plus was the price at £9 for both of us and that also came with a free meal voucher which is really value for money. The negative was the place was just a bit run down compared to others i have been to in the paisley/glasgow area. Been taking my oldest here since it opened he is now 14 so now I take my 4 year old Over the years the owner has squeeezed the space for every penny The upstairs used to be an open with a balcony with loads of space which is used as something else now(no doubt an to grab more income) The go karts are never on so why not use the space for for extending the area? Staff usually walking about clueless apart from the older lady who has been there for years she keeps this place going in my opinion Far too many birthday party in the public playarea table section BUT money comes first in this place Over crowded over priced Wont be back Busy but well run. are friendly and helpful. atmosphere venue is and plenty of choice in the cafe. Excellent Needing a refurb and clean! Mounds of dust, one of two trampolines closed off, go carts removed to make way for the toddler space. Food changed a while back, not for the better. Better places nearby Constantly closes early, so I won't be back. Turned up for a 2 hour session at 2:30pm to be told they were closing early at 3pm. Highly recommend Adventure Planet nearby. not opening the drop slide, even though we were told it would open during our 2 hour visit. Plenty just standing around not doing anything, chatting to friends that were in as customers and chatting to other staff. Wonder world and iplay are much better! Lively place for to play. Paid £32 for 2 age 4&6. Ticket includes any choice of finger foods. However if you don't want the food, you can get ticket only. There is a large foe adult to sit. Plenty of spaces for car park. isn't too big, but it has different activities types, which is good. If you are coming not as a group, no booking required. Toilets are clean, and there's a lovely children's stair there for the youngest. The place was filthy. Tables were close together. The were just taking their time and wasn’t really that bothered. We did not stay the full duration and left early. A few days later after the visit, my son got hand foot and mouth disease. Will not return! Was a spontaneous visit while my wife was being dealt at Inver Clyde hospital, the looked to me and the pricing was absolutely fair. My daughter really enjoyed challenging herself through the many obstacles all I would say is bring cash as they don't accept contactless however there is an ATM 3 minutes away from the centre so all good. Tried this today with my 1 year old, it is the most expensive we have been to but also the worst one we have been too. The place was absolutely feral, never seen anything like it, lots of older children in the small and the really really needs a deep clean. Too many & there were no are monitoring in the for there safety, place is very dirty & smells, are miserable (21 July 2025) I brought my one year old about 3 weeks ago however I was really not impressed with the toddler section. Felt as though half of the toys in the was broken/faulty. The was very dark and dingy stuck away in the corner. The girl on the door/ taking coffee orders couldn’t even smile. We are locals but I don’t think we will be back. Having come regularly over the years to Pandemonium. I was extremely disappointed to attend and see the has almost halved. But seating doubled. £9 for and under 4 is, in my opinion expensive given the under 4 has been reduced in size. £12 for an over 4 and £1 per adult (which is utterly embarrassing) Luckily we attended on a quiet day as I believe in a peak session, the would find it hard to move. Looks like they are prioritising the nursery and extending, which is good, but sadly at the expense of the play. Left disappointed, which is a shame given how its been for our family over the years. A bit grubby, slide was definitely dirty, everyone got stuck. Food was average on a par with most play. were nice and very friendly. Needs a bit of updating Very very dirty! Some games don't work.. There is no control on anythings! Buffet dishes are dirty... My family and I are really unhappy! are always super friendly and the is great for kids. Parents can go on the with their or have lunch while they run riot. Nice, and fairly priced. Great place. Only thing I would update is the sound system. When did it become so expensive ?! £31 to get in, albeit for 2 with lunch. Limited to a 2 hour session including eating time. £5 for 2 cans of juice and £14.50 for an adults chicken burger and chips with a can of juice. My eye balls nearly popped out their sockets. Fair to say I decided against getting lunch and a drink at them prices. Daughter had asked about the big slide when we arrived. Was advised it would open soon and someone would let her know. Never happened. Disappointing. Cheaper alternatives out there. Even more of a rapid decline in this place. The under 3 is manned like a nightclub door with a lady refusing my slight little preschooler admittance despite the rest of the place being closed off (assuming to add to the other cash cow - the nursery) … we only came as we had a free pass about to expire… it’ll be adventure planet for us from now on… it’s fun, friendly, spacious & above all clean! Everything pandemonium is NOT We had a fantastic experience at Pandamonium for my daughter’s 4th birthday. The were so accommodating and very helpful. The organisation of the whole day was top class - compared to other centres we have used we literally didn’t have to think about or do anything it was amazing! And the added novelty of being able to also have a mascot as part of the party celebrations was great. Would highly recommend and have already booked for her next birthday too! I have never been in so dirty and smelly. Worn equipment, dust everywhere from ceiling to floor and under area. Disgusting. Went today first time and the last for sure. Music so loud I couldn’t hear a word sitting at my table. were not very happy, left early so. Coffee was though.
