Great place and very friendly staff. Highly recommended😉 Thank you guys Michael Excellent night made even better with a comprehensive win for Ross Trainer over a worthy opponent from Spain. Bar was reasonably priced, too.. Double smirnoff and Fresh Orange, Can of Bud (500ml), and a can of coke 10 quid. Perfect. Great place to host an event! The space is decent with a well-thought-out layout that makes everything flow nicely. The facilities are clean and modern - it even looks like a great gym setup. I wouldn’t mind coming back here for another event in the future. Attended the recent Vegan Festival, held at the Lagoon Leisure Centre, nice place, plenty parking, Festival was was well organised. I work with children with disabilities and we have to come here Every weekend. Thr receptionists are always So nice but the life guards are Rude and incompetent. They should be helpful with the children we bring in. Great for the gym and/or groups classes. The swimming certainly isn't the best but the showers are actually pretty decent & warm, the is sectioned off and heavily overcrowded most times making it un-enjoyable. The gym can be over-run with kids too so recommend going through school hours if you can. Theres paid parking right outside. Great leisure centre with gym and (and a basketball/other court) facilities available at affordable prices. There are also plenty of offers/discounts available which makes it even more desirable for people to use. I've used it for a while in the past (mostly the pool, but also thr gym) and I was quite happy. It was never too crowded to become infeasible to use, although it is possible to happen at the gym during peak times due to limited equipment availability. It is convenient for families to visit as anyone nktbuaiing the facilities could have a drink at the canteen instead. Overall, a nice place to have in Paisley. It's not the lagoon I remember unfortunately. Took my 4 year old & didn't realize the flume was off during the day (only on in the evening and weekends). None of the water features are on and the was freezing. Definitely loved the fact the place was empty because it meant we weren't annoying anyone. When we got out, your option of shower temperature is either scolding hot or cold. And it was FREEZING walking back to the changing rooms. Definitely take your kids towels down to the shower (I do anyway) but it's a must here. Other than that we managed a longer swim than normal so that's a plus. We had a great day and Branch at this place with family. Coffe and food were great. The person in the front office was very helpful and profesional. For suore i will come again. Thank you !!! Regarding the people attending the gym, i seen 3 people not cleaning / wiping down equipment after use and leaving dumbells on the floor and walking away. This is unacceptable and selfish behaviour and these people need to take responsibilty for not spreading infection, especially among vulnerable individuals. Staff (when you see them) dont appear to interact with the customers and tend to just sit at a table looking at a laptop Genuinely solid place, I'd have to say. Good for a swim, especially during the downtime on weekdays. The only issue is that a few lockers are broken to various degrees, which may make it more difficult if you're visiting during the weekend instead. Great pool. Lovely and warm which was perfect for my grandson who was scared of pools. He settled no problem and wasn't long before he was having fun. Gets very hot at times but really good facilities!!! Needs a bit of maintenance on small floor.Female toilets need replumbed, smell aweful.lockers are hit and miss if the lock works but overall still a good leisure I remember when the lagoon opened i was 11 years old the line to get in was packed even waiting in line was exciting then getting in the wave machine the flume it was amazing,I used to take my son here also, now after a bad accident at work I smashed my heels bones i can't do much for exercise however the lagoon is near my home so now at 48 I'm going back the staff are very accommodating and so nice,a good place to be i would recommend for anyone to go here i used to go to the gym here and now I'm so grateful for the lagoon once more.... I went swimming just few days ago and sadly the condition of the is getting worse and worse, while single entry and membership prices keep increasing. Just to list few things that will keep me from coming back in the future: • at least half of the lockers have keys missing, so there’s no way of locking away your belongings during peak hours • smell of urine in changing area, which clearly isn’t being addressed by employees, despite them regularly walking through the mentioned area • mysterious black bags taped to the floor just next to loadbearing columns - I sincerely hope it was just a broken floor tile • around 1/3 of shower heads not working •the shower area in general was disgusting with stains on the floor and walls • most of hairdryers not working • a lot of weird, green sediment at the deep end of the - I’m 100% this can be efficiently removed without emptying the pool. Almost all the things mentioned have been an issue since at least last year (I used to swim there regularly). Honestly it’s embarrassing that this is the state of the most popular in Paisley, where hundreds of people spend their hard earned money. In particular I feel sorry for parents of kids who attend swimming lessons at Lagoon - there’s no alternative venue in Paisley, so they’re stuck with a which will probably soon become a health and safety hazard. place stank of piss love the smell of it so I felt like I was at home in my shitter lots and lots of mould in the showers and they wouldn’t work even better reminded me of my days in the late 90s in possil as a young lad 10/10 would come again Website change monitoring Monitor any webpage for changes – get instant email alerts when prices drop, new jobs are posted, products come back in stock, or competitors update their sites.
