Came along for a day trip with my granddaughter and she had a time. Foid ordered was also really tasty and they even provided a visit to Santa who gave a little gift, all for free. Been to plenty & this was very much value for money Went for a 8th at AP. The at the door were extremely in advising us to everything available. We were directed to our table upstairs where Rebecca met us. The place has lots to do to keep the occupied. They have a inflatable area too. They also have a food area which has lovely snacks etc. Rebecca was our leader for the 2 hours we had booked for. Just a quick thank you to Rebecca for all her patience with our group of boys. She was fantastic. I would thoroughly AP for any children's parties. Loved it. Slightly pricey but very clean. There's a cafe, area for young and older, inflatable obstacle course. This was super fun, my 11yr old and 3 yr old loved it. Some electronics were not working but that didn't deter them. Good place, but helluva expensive for an adult with two kids. £34 to get in then another arm and leg to buy some water and bottles of juice? I appreciate it's a big place, but pretty costly just to come let your crawl around in a swamp of other boogers. Just back from my daughters (Aria) 5th and the were excellent, didn't have to wait for a thing. They were very well organised. We've been to to this softplay tonnes of times and its a place with lots to do. Food is really good for adults and too. Honestly some of the most fun. for the children. There is so much to do and it's all very well put together and thought through. for all ages including babies. The indoor football pitch and foam ball cannons were a favourite. The by itself was worth it but when you throw in a massive inflatable section that is so well thought out and really well made it just tops it off. We noticed that the drinks are displayed, but the prices are not attached, which can make choosing and ordering a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the inflatables are specifically designated for children, as indicated by the signage, but we observed that adults were using them. It might be to ensure clear guidelines are communicated to prevent confusion and maintain a safe environment for the kids. We also believe that having designated areas or clearer signage about rules could help make the experience more enjoyable and inclusive for everyone. Segregating adults from the inflatables when the area is quiet might not be necessary and could be reconsidered to promote a more welcoming atmosphere. We also observed that there are no recycling pods available, and adding these would be for promoting sustainability. Regarding the menu, the "Catch of the Day" is indicated as fresh fish, which is promising. It would be if the menu provided more details about the standards or sourcing to set clear expectations. If the homemade mac and cheese is indeed made in-house, that’s wonderful! Clarifying this on the menu could enhance the dining experience and reassure guests of the quality. Overall, these are minor suggestions that could improve the experience for all guests. Thank you for considering this feedback! You don’t normally expect much at but it was amazing! We will be regular visitors now! We had our son's here and they were fantastic from beginning to end. This is the 3rd we’ve done, at 3 different venues, this one is easily the best! big venue with loads to do for the at any age! They were loving it so much that we stayed for 2 sessions!!
