This place might be good with kids but otherwise I would not recommend it. They have 2 with very hot thermal water which were great, otherwise we did not like it there. They had a decent langos in one of the buffets. Everything very expensive. Extremely loud. There’s basically no greenery, very little lawn areas. No shade. No for swimming (yes, really - all the are for hanging around in the water or have attractions for the kids). You have to pay 2 eur for parking. Starting with Thermal pools, they are really good, 4 inside and 2 outside. Temperature is different in every pool. 1 for kids, 1 Jacuzzi, 1 big for swimming and relaxing and 1 Hydrothermal for rest. Outside is 2 pools: 1 for swimming and 1 for relaxing with 2 different temperatures. All are perfect and very with excellent quality of water. All Thermal park is very and Hygienic. The reason why I give to this park 3 stars only is because of service. Bar is very poor and u can't pay with money or electronic tag. You have to prepay in till before u entry to park which annoy most of the visitors, then changing areas is not very well located because they are far away from and if u r finishing your day u have to go back to changing area and get your personal stuff for showering and go back again to area where is showers, and shower yourself and then back again to changing area. This is not really good idea in Thermal park how is all situated. buffet is very poor with all stuff and its also not very well located. I think Management of this Thermal Park have to work more harder to get this place on proper good position, if we can compare with other similar Thermal Parks located around 40km radius. It was ok... Not the best one, but at least staff was very nice and friendly, are and food ok. Really a great place to spend a weekend. Many including thermal one. Fun games fot everyone. Good outdoor mineralized opened whole year Awesome place for couples and oldies, and families with older kids (over 10 years old) but the water is too cold for the younger ones. Amazing place. You have to make sure you are there on a dot when they open, or ever slightly earlier as you will end up waiting in a massive queue to enter. That is the only annoying thing about this place. Otherwise it's heaven... We had a wonderful day. The place is excellent, clean, and very suitable for families and children. The prices were very acceptable for the services provided. Most importantly, all the staff members were very cooperative and professional. A fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this place. A lady name Suzana call us terrorists for having a different faith As a tourist from the United States, I expected to experience warm hospitality during my visit to Slovakia. However, I was disappointed by the lack of English-speaking individuals willing to assist me. Furthermore, I was shocked to discover that certain places I wanted to explore restricted entry based on dress code, particularly for those who follow Islamic traditions. When I requested to speak with a supervisor, my request was denied and I was even told that Slovakia is not a welcoming place for Muslims. Despite my peaceful attempt to file a complaint, the lady I communicated with responded in a local language and was unwelcoming towards us, disregarding our polite request to wear appropriate clothing in line with our religious beliefs. The European Union and the Slovakian constitution assure religious freedom, yet as tourists we were unaware that our rights would be violated. We genuinely respect everyone and arrived in Slovakia with the intention of appreciating the beauty of the country. However, based on our experiences, I do not recommend this destination to ethnic minorities, as I was subjected to discrimination and forcibly removed when I asked if I could simply wear a more suitable shirt. It is not only disappointing that we were expelled from the premises, but we were also informed that Slovakia is not a place for Muslims. While everyone is entitled to their personal beliefs, it is important to note that this incident did not align with our understanding of Slovakian values. If any supervisor happens to read this message, I kindly request that they reach out to me so that I may address this distressing incident. Since my previous attempt to speak with a supervisor was unsuccessful, I hope to receive a response soon. I also suggest that establishments hire more educated individuals who are tolerant and respectful towards people from various ethnic and religious backgrounds. No establishment should establish rules that discriminate against specific ethnicities. I sincerely hope that this experience does not reflect the true values of the Slovakian people.
