Lovely place! It is an amazing adventure for all the way long, with multiple stops to explore the nature as well as a and a water playground. There is a fire place and a bistro. A lot of picnic tables are perfectly placed along the water spring and parents can easily monitor their while resting. Parking places are limited. Public toilets available. Wheelchair and stroller should be accessible. Not worth the 7 francs entrance fee especially during current limitations - no food or drinks can be consumed inside, not much else to do, binoculars for additional charge, masks on full time even if you're there alone. Wildnispark Zurich is much more entertaining for less money. Great place for barbecue with kids. Very convenient, lots of tables to sit and eat at in the shade. Fun playground, clean toilets, small bistro, friendly staff. Not much of nature, more a playground. There should be a warning not to enter without kids. There were like 4 birds and 100 screaming (which also kind of explains the lack of birds). The parents don't seem to give a damn, were shouting in the bird observatory building, pretty much scaring away everything. Beautiful outdoor area and nature reserve with a and a tiny cafe. Great for families! Beautiful untouched nature with much wildlife in it! Small and quaint. Great if you have an hour or so spare and want to give your children a safe place to play in the middle of nature. Nice quiet (except cars on the road nearby) park to relax and watch birds. Great to bring along and has and picnic area as well. But still miss the small zoo it used to be long time back.. It’s nothing more than a very small park where you can eventually cook your own food. Every wood can offer the same, but for free. However there is a big difference with other woods. In there you can see animals. In this Naturstation we didn’t see a single animal. Wonderful location to watch wildlife! There are lots of birds like long tailed tits, wrens, tree creepers. If you are there at the right time you get to see extremely rare little bittern with his funny looking babies! Just wait patiently near the pond. Also saw a night heron. The staff is super friendly! There are good food options and a nice little shop.
