From the sale to the handover had a 10/10 experience. They didn’t have the in store and the order delivery took less than expected, the was ready for pickup after 3 weeks, ready to hit the Swiss roads. Marcel was super at assisting me at any stage (from helping with the sales documentation, taking care of the registration and the handover), very knowledgeable and he gave me one of the best ever received. The store is packed with professionals and staff, I suggest you pay them a visit. We had a wonderful visit with the Hostettler team and dealership. They were very courteous and accommodating for our tour of the facilities and with our shopping for and looking at the available motorcycles in their inventory. The first I pop in there, more than a year ago, was when I got a Kawa Vulcan S650. On the day of the test drive, I met Philipp Elliker, who was in charge on absolutely everything, even being busy attending another matters. He sorted out whatever he was doing, and came with an extraordinary willingness and plenty of about all my necessities or doubts I still had about this and that, being my first buying a brand new at this country. He really made me feel that everything was all right and that helped a lot all along the way due his very nice and manner (which says too the passion that this guy hold for the motorbikes). With the months coming over and over the time, Emil Weber was acquired by Hostettler. However, some of the were held to keep working at that branch, which was an excellent new for us. The many times I was meeting again and again to Philipp, he always has kept a highly standard about the overall, managing the services for the bike, needing small things, adding extra to our loved Vulcan, and so on. Always and professional, which makes us to get stuck with this brand as he really knows what he is doing or telling, with any exception, a matter always shown on the results. Month by month, we were purchasing extra equipment for ourselves in order to have a better ride experience, and since my wife is (still) experiencing a high-steep lessons trip by trip, we just pop in once and again to see how we can get it better on the next time. There is where we meeting Rachel Metzger at every single chance. She is always nice, polite, and super pro about what is the best of our chances to buy the chaquets, gloves, pants, protection, or whatever we may need, giving us the best advices possibles, providing overall another excellent experience. Even when she is (obviously) over-busy, she always has the patience to assist us properly with a smile on her face (!) we could say the 90% of our gears, were purchased there because of her :) . This spring has run away so quickly, and the to exchange the just knock up the door. And there it goes another great experience: After just a few conversations with Philipp, we agreed to give back our Vulcan as a part of the deal, in order to get a brand new Yamaha Tracer 9GT. We order some extra on top of which come already from serie, and everything was managed with the most possible professional experience. We agreed the delivery time, the amount due to pay off the new purchase (which god knows that was a very-very good deal for us, impossible to beat it on the market; even on that, they are the best!), what was the best for us and for the with the accessories, always giving professional advices, even doing some show on the store, and a lot of instances more to highlight. I must to admit this I met Marcel Schwarz to do some paperwork and estimations, and he shown on the same line with the rest of his colleagues: polite, nice willingness, friendly, and professional. I know this review feels like an endless statement, but the reality says on its own that despite the change of ownership, we still keep being of there due the extraordinary and professional that we received at every single visit from Philipp and Rachel, which was a sort of key-breaker by the minute to decide if we exchange our with them or not, thinking even in the future to keep growing our relationship, and why not, in a couple years, to do a new swap for another brand new bike. Since I got extremely satisfied with the provided overall, I highly recommend them with no hesitation to everyone :) Bought my first motorcycle here, a Yamaha XSR 125 and I couldn't be happier. I was mainly helped and and contact with Marcel Schwarz, but each and every one of their was very kind and always offered a helping hand. They had no problems letting me test drive multiple bikes (and multiple times at that) and let me come to my decision by myself with no pressure. They always kept me up to date regarding the bike, and gave me all necessary information for insurance very quickly. All the legal and administratory junk was done by them also, with 0 issues :) Additionally, they offered to remove the bikes' stickers, which bothered me a little, free of charge! The came tested, squeaky clean, and fully gassed. Been loving my bike, and will certainly come back here to get my next in the future. If you're in the Zurich Area and are interested in Yama, Kawa, KTM or Husquarna, I'd always recommend going here.
