Amazing indoor gokart racing site (with just a small part of the circuit which optionally goes outdoor for a chicane). The feeling of burning gasoline, the raw forces during the race, the amazing drifts and overtake maneuvers and the heat of the race is fantastic! I loved every second of it! Go for the 25 minutes race (10 minutes are way too short). War echt cool! Great facilty. We spent 25 min in the karting and another hour in the bowling alley. A great way to spend an afternoon with kids, adults or teens. Best go karting i have ever participated in, powerful cars, FUN track, not just left and snd right but UPs and downs.. get air! We left this place in pure glee, it was exhilarating. Despicable service. We came in person two families with 5 children and made a reservation for a few days later. We came in at that day of the reservation and the man in the desk said we had no reservation since it was their own mistake. He would not ammend his mistake and in stead he talked to us in disgrace and cursed us because we tried to insist. He was mean and impolite. Not a place to go to. Very bad experience. If I could give zero stars I would.. Went 2 times and both times the kart felt weird and unsafe. The steering was off. Some karts are faster than others... Will never go here again! Leider ist die Buchung für Kinder schwierig, da, sehr positiv, Kinder untereinander fahren und nicht mit Erwachsenengruppen zusammen gewürfelt werden Top! Super Bahn, mit tollen Grip. Coole Karts. Wir kommen wieder! very bad experiance! if you are concerned for your safety and your childrens safety I wouldent recomend going to this place aspecialy if you don't speak German. The instruction is by lupe film that no one makes sure you watch and not satisfactory at all. My 14 year old daughter crashed twice at the wall and was hurt badley at the neck. after which she was rudly told to leave the car and the track. She didnt manage to slow down and that should'nt be so complicated. We didnt understand ar first what exactly happened so asked the staff member at the desk for ice. he sent me to the neer bar without offering any assistance or showing concern. at the bar they seemed very familiar with the request for Ice...that ofcourse says a lot. we left the place disapointed and hurt also by the poor attitude toward us and ofcouse regret going there in the first place Very nice carts and the track is nice as well. Additionally the staff are helpful and friendly. Es ist zu super! Sehr gutes Adrenalin-Erlebnis, ich empfehle es jedem. Das Personal hier ist auch sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ich werde auf jeden Fall bald wiederkommen. Für Erwachsene ebenso wie für Kids The track and the go carts were great the only problem was the helmet it made me a bit lite headed after 20 minutes of driving When we arrived, three other people went inside right before us, by drop-in. We also wanted to book a drop-in, but where told to wait 90 minutes to ride because the three other guys wanted to film inside the circuit or something.. Excellent customer treatment! 😃 1/10 would revisit Macht Spass Bad service. The manager curses at the customers. Very bad karts, steering is bad and you lose control in the turns. Personel is a little bit grumpy/unfriendly like they don't want to sell anything. Too bad costed me 30euro for 20 minutes, will not ride there again. Disgusting and irresponsible behavior.
