The kids and the adults had fun and the staff was super friendly. We will come again Super freundlich und sehr kompetent... kommen gerne wieder...... Hammer Unterhaltung freundliches Personal und gute Rätsel Sehr empfehlenswert 👍👍😁 We were 3 people the interior was amazing all the props were really realistic.Me and my partner we like to go in different escape in other countries and this and puzzles were really smartly designed.Leon and Hermann were really welcoming and helpful with the clues 🙌 I want to start by saying that the staff was nice and friendly. we have a good welcome and good advice. We did the "Maniac". Now we have encountered several issues that have detracted from the game and our experience. (padlock that does not open, even with the help of staff, passage where we had to use A LOT of force even though the regulations prohibit it....) we also took the "live actor" paid option but ultimately we paid for nothing because it is only there for a few minutes. I don't recommend choosing this option unless you have money because it doesn't change the experience. And finally we chose the most complicated but ultimately this one is not that complicated if everything works correctly. We are overall disappointed with our experience and do not recommend this at least. Really expressive games, great visual, atmosphere allowed you to dive into the story. Maniac must to play! With an actor of course. What a ride! We did the Houdini in a group of four. The quality and detail was incredible with some incredibly clever puzzles and technology that left me impressed. This was as much an immersion into the world of Houdini as it was an escape room. The icing on the cake was that no puzzle required an understanding of the native language. All in all, highly recommend, it's expensive but complete value for money. We played The Castle. It was a cool with many fun tasks. BUT, i have played over 40 in different places and countries and I have never had less dedication from the personell. They have always been fast to say hello, wanting to talk and take pictures afterwards. Here it was kind of nothing. After I arrived it took 5-10 min before someone came to say hello. Asked if all in the group where there. I said no and then she left. When all 3 where there we had to ring a bell. No check up if people arrived. After the ended the only thing we got was "you made it" and then she went into the room. No thank you for playing with us or anything. Also some of the stuff in the malfunctioned. So nice looking that didn't function 100% and bad customer service. Easily the best escape in Innsbruck. Not the cheapest but worth the extra. We did two in two days, Maniac and Houdini. Both were incredibly fun, interesting, and challenging in their own ways. Would definitely recommend this location for any of their rooms. We are quite experienced and had some fun challenges but also some quick solves; there is some great variety in the puzzles. Toll wäre, wenn man auch 1,5 Stunden Slots buchen könnte, die Stunde recht knapp bemessen ist, wenn man bei einem Rätsel nicht weiter kommt... Amazing! The live-actor was amazing in the Maniac room. We got very nicely scared, and loved every second of it. They let us complete the even though we were out of time. We originally only wanted to do the maniac one. But afterwards, we actually did the Wizarding as well. That is tailored to be more playable with kids in the group, but we still needed hints to complete it🥴. We didn't have a booking for it, but they are very nice and we could do it anyway! Das war der beste Escape den ich soweit erleben durfte. Wir waren zu viert in "School of Magic" und die Rätsel waren intuitiv und sind einfach super geflossen, der Raum/die Räume sind wunderschön gestaltet und ich habe tagelang danach immer wieder an die schöne Erfahrung denken müssen. 10/10, ich wünschte ich könnte meine Erinnerungen löschen um den Raum nochmal machen zu können. GG Too easy I was there on Friday and played Maniac with my friends. The atmosphere in the was super creepy, and together with the acting of Moritz it was a great horror experience.
