We came here to enjoy the sauna, but only in the area we found out it’s for additional charge and you need to have bathing shoes and towel. None of them is included in the ticket. At the end I asked the cashier if we could pay only for the sauna, because that’s what we really used (they could see it at wristband) but she didn’t care at all and said they tell everyone there are two separate areas (pool&spa). So hint for you, bring your own bathing shoes, towels and use the entrance to the right side of the reception. Nice place to spend a day when it is bad weather (like today). Many pools for the kids to play in and outdoor with salted water. If it is nice weather, there is a large area outside to swim an sunbathe. A bit pricey compared to German Thermes, but the best food I have had at a Therme. It was a nice day and not very crowded with excellent facilities. Unfriendly staff at the desk, very unpainted, the whole place is dirty full of people hair on the floors, the water temperature is too cold for “hot pools” also in the dressing rooms it’s way too cold. The girl at the reception did not deduct the overpaid amount when paying for the meal, she accused me twice that I should have told her in advance (her colleague said that the overpayment is compensated automatically). In the end she couldn't cancel the transaction (on the card, which is nonsense) and didn't refund the money in cash. First and last time here! There are nicer with better customer service. Apart from this, only 4 saunas, not cosy at all, all with high temperatures (apart from Turkish), not tasty and expensive food, really bad smell in the restaurant near the pools. That's more than twice I normally pay for a swim. Why can't the offer an one hour option rather than a two-hour minimum stay so it's more affordable? As a parent, I am leery of video lifeguard stations especially when the screens are unmonitored. Nothing beats having a real lifeguard and eyes on deck in case there's a problem.
