We stayed the night on our way to Italy. Fairly hotel! Great rooftop pool, but it’s view is a bit obstructed. is fine. Our heating was not working in the because it was not cold enough outside they said.. nonetheless we had a chilly night.. Lovely located in Lans of Innsbruck with frequent J bus service to town centre an back. Also located close to south mountain peak. The rooms are very spacious well maintained. We woke up to nice view of the mountains through a small window Infront our bed. Bathroom is nice and with shower pressure. There is a small outdoor infinity swimming on 2nd+ floor with lovely mountain views. 2 saunas. Staff are very friendly and enjoyed a glass a wine in the evening. Really enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommend it. Excellent location for the panoramic treks and the tram to Innsbruck. Excellent bus connectivity too. serves very local food. Breakfast is excellent. The bathroom door needs some privacy. Perhaps a curtain. 📍 Located 10 minutes from the Innsbruck city center in quiet area, with spacious parking lot. Near the public transport. 🏨 Very nice and authentic design, comfortable rooms and lounge and dining area. Extremely rooms and facilities. 🧑🍳 Pleasant stuff, always on service. What a place to enjoy the silence, nature, and food. This wellness surprises us with an infinity pool. We were lucky to have 30 cm of snow overnight, which made our stay even more magical. Our was spacious and clean, and the food was delicious, although not amazing. There were a lot of children there. We give it a rating of 4/5 because the curtain in our was burnt and not very clean, and because the dinner service was a bit too fast. When you have 5 courses to eat, you need a bit of space between them. However, this was not a major issue. I would highly recommend enjoying DER WALZL.💫 The most location wise I have ever stayed in. The mountains really do bring peace. The itself has a typical Austrian look. The infinity pool, sauna and are amazing. Sadly, our was underneath the sauna and very, very warm. The pillows could have been better as well. Other than that, the was spacious and great! The here is absolutely delicious! Very traditional Austrian food/ atmosphere and the portions are large! The failed to provide the booked type. I booked a twin (two beds) for me and my friend, but we were given one bed. Staff said there were no other rooms, refused to add a bed, and told us to "sleep together." The administrator was indifferent, offered only a coffee as an apology, but when we said we want to cancel, they even refused the coffee applogy. Unprofessional and disrespectful attitude. They messed up and said that it was our problem, not their. We had to find and drive to another hotel. Great Rooms, generous amenities, at the top and great Restaurants with superb food. You can feel that the owners have pride in their business. The Breakfast is better or can compare with 5 Star Hotels, we were very impressed and will definitely be back if were in the area. Excellent spa facilities and areas to relax. Child friendly as well - there's a playground! This deserves a 5 STAR, everything is and modern. The food is amazing, on the rooftop and a lot of equipment for child. We will be back for sure ! Danke schoen We booked a Halbpension stay for one night with our dog. Before our arrival, we wrote to enquire about the dinner menu. Although we did receive a reply, it contained no menu or further details. We were also not informed that it would be a particularly busy evening and that we should reserve a table in advance. When we arrived, we had to find a table ourselves in the main area, which was extremely crowded with many families and young children — some crying, which we didn’t mind. However, the table was near the entrance, and twice I saw waiting staff nearly hit my husband in the head while carrying plates. We found the set menu unappealing and asked if we could order à la carte, where the setting looked much nicer. Unfortunately, the waiter initially attending to us kept clicking his pen nonstop, which stressed us out further. Why such impatience? Where was the hospitality? Thankfully, the lady at reception was very kind and helped us sort things out, suggesting we return an hour later. We had a drink outside, and when we came back, we found ourselves a lovely table in the dining room. Dinner started well: the Alpine ox carpaccio and Tafelspitz soup were both excellent. However, the veal I ordered was sadly overcooked and difficult to cut — such a shame to waste a piece of meat. I then ordered the asparagus Cordon Bleu, which was very and saved the meal. Later that night, when we returned to our room, we realised the party downstairs was still going strong until midnight. The noise from the clean-up afterward was terribly loud and lasted until almost 1 a.m., meaning my husband and I only managed around five hours of sleep. I sent a complaint email but received no reply. When we checked out, I mentioned it again to the manager at reception, who merely stated that the event had ended at midnight — without offering any apology. He seemed completely unaware that guests come to the valley to seek relaxation, not stress and sleepless nights. Thank you for a wonderful experience! This is a very place! Traditional, cozy hotel, very tastefully renovated in both traditional and modern style. and aesthetic facilities. Very nice spa department! We especially enjoyed the free bus tickets and being able to easily ride the bus from the to Innsbruck Altstadt, Patscherkofel and Nordkette! The food was excellent! Very friendly service! Sounds like a pretty stay, right? It's like, a quick bus ride from Innsbruck, with awesome views. The didn't have a kettle or fridge, which is a bummer for families with little ones, especially when everything's closed at night. But the was good, and the breakfast was great. Plus, they had play areas for the kids, and the had an view. And saunas too! Absolutely in a fabulous location. The staff were super friendly and coud not do enough for us. Breakfast had everything and more and we ate in the one evening and everything was delicious. Both spas were fantastic. The Panoramic spa had probably the most view from any spa I've ever been to. Neither were too busy anytime we visited. Very handy free bus in the Innsbruck. 15/20 minutes from the airport. Would highly recommend. We stayed at this charming, dog-friendly inn for 6 nights in early May and our stay was nothing short of amazing. The was spacious and comfortable, with a very pleasant rain shower and a nice balcony with view on the mountains. The wonderful and brand new rooftop relaxation area, with infinity and bio sauna, was the perfect way to wrap up the day after hiking in the countless surrounding trails. Very welcoming and friendly staff and cherry on the cake the house restaurant, offering local cuisine dishes of top quality. Highly recommended. Came for the day spa and dinner and had the best experience. The infinity was stunning and the spa was very and enjoyable. Dinner was delicious, best meal we had in Austria! Bad experience. At 13.15 we asked for a table for 14 people. The was almost empty so they said “no problem”. When they saw we had Kids a Waiter came to say that the kitchen was closing in 10 minutes and they had no table for us.
