Food was OK, waiter was polite, helpful and fast. I gave 3/5 points because management tollerate people bagging in the terrace. While eating, someone come without my permission and throw some goods on the table, expecting probably to get some money. He had no mask and comes very close to me. I asked the waiter to do something but he answer that he can't do anything. Then, the silent bagger enter the and speak to the manager. Didn't hear the conversation but they definitely know each other. Delicious and fresh food. Good service, nice atmosphere. Highly recommended To be fair I don’t know how to talk about this restaurant. It seems a bit abandoned, but the staff, at least the lady was super nice and attentive in a way, even though there’s not much going on. But the sound so loud, some construction happening within the venue that made it hard to talk. The portions were small, at least the pasta, and the romanian platter was boring and dry. But my dish was good. Prices were like everywhere in this place so can’t really complain. We were a group of 4 people. We ordered and had to wait around 30 to 40 minutes for our food. Overpriced but i get it, it's the tourist price mentality, however for that price range the food or meal size should have been a little bit more than small to medium. The waiters were alright, no issues there. The only issue is you can only afford to overwork 2 able bodied people and age them with stress and the burden of being nice and polite to freaks or drunken pigs, as it was a scene while I was seated at my table. It's a typical Romanian run by people who just want to get your money. From "we have everything on the menu", to telling you the opposite, they just want to grab you and take your money, even though you came with small children and family from another country, it's just a strategy to deceive you. Of course, they missed some of the orders, so we had to live with that. My family and I will never be going back again to it. This is not a fancy designed but it delivers exactly what it promises: reasonably priced, tasty comfort food with a swift service. The food was great. Best meat rolls in Poiana. The Milanese pasta was amazing, the parmigiano was freshly grated. The pizzas were great as well. The service was nice, funny and pleasant. Will definitely eat here every time were passing through Poiana. Hair in our food.. overpriced food and not well cooked....when I told them I had hair in my food they tried saying it was mine Great place for what it is -- cheap eats, greasy and tasty food. Obviously, "cheap" is relative to the location. Waiters were very kind. Nice terrace, clean. Loud pop music, but this is obvious before you sit. I do not recommend this restaurant, the food was not tasty at all, pizza Capriciosa had small traces of meat and mushrooms. The looks boring and the white lights make you feel like in a hospital. The waiter was kind and helpful, that’s the only positive thing about the place. As for the prices expensive, a lot of the things in the menu they did not have. I will definitely not return to this place. The food was pretty bad, I had to send my meal back because it was too hard to even bite through. It felt like chewing on leather. The fries and the meat were too cold when they got here so I had to send it back and request a new meal. When I finally got it, i already got my dessert (which wasn't that much better either), and my food was just barely better. The waiter was pretty lifeless, but the service wasn't necessarily bad...
