Ne-a mutat la altă pistă, dar care ne-a transmis că are ceva probleme și într-adevăr așa a fost...la mijlocul jocului pista s-a blocat și a trebuit să ne mutăm la pista rezervată inițial și am avut loc de stat jos deoarece grupul mare plecase. In the 4th game, the machine which arranges the pins each round broke down after the first ball of the game. It broke down in such a way that one pin was knocking the newly arranged pins at the start of each round, recording each time as a played ball. We raised the issue to the staff 3 times with no success in fixing the issue. They cancelled the game and made us pay the full price for the rounds where the machine played by itself. The staff was very rude about this whole situation. When we protested this decision, they threatened us by calling the security guards. Totul a fost impecabil, de la primirea călduroasă până la serviciile de bauturi si jocuri(bowling/biliard) Băiatul înalt de la recepție, Bogdan, a fost extrem de amabil și profesionist, mereu atent la detalii și gata să ofere informații sau ajutor cu zâmbetul pe buze. La bar, Andra ne-a impresionat cu energia pozitivă și cu cocktailurile foarte bine preparate — se vede că pune pasiune în ceea ce face! Ionuț, ospătarul, a fost rapid, atent și mereu politicos, contribuind din plin la atmosfera plăcută a serii. Iar managera Ana se vede că își conduce echipa cu profesionalism și dedicare — totul funcționează excelent sub coordonarea ei. Locația este modernă, curată, iar personalul face cu adevărat diferența. Started the 4th match and the alley broke, a pin was stuck in the mechanism and the game was counting even if we weren't throwing. Told them 3 times, 3 times a guy tried to repair it and it was still broken. We oferred to pay 200, they forced us to pay 217 saying that the ball is 2.5 RON even though it doesn't say this anywhere.
