The food was not very tasty, neither the dessert. The dessert seems pretty old. We had to wait for the waitress more than 10 minutes until she took us a menu, than another waiting time until she got our order, also for paying the bill. Only the was amazing. A great bar to grab a drink, chat with friends, and enjoy stunning mountain views. They have an impressive and high-quality selection of cocktails. Am avut o experiență deosebit de plăcută la Karma Lounge din Brașov. Restaurantul foarte frumos amenajat, cu o ambiantă relaxantă și primitoare, perfectă pentru o ieșire cu prietenii sau o seară liniștită. Ce m-a impresionat cel mai mult a servirea ireproșabilă. Am avut norocul să fiu servită de o ospătăriță pe nume Diana (așa cum apărea pe bonul fiscal), care a extrem de respectuoasă, promptă și atentă. Comanda a venit rapid, fără nicio greșeală, iar atitudinea ei profesionistă a făcut întreaga experiență și mai plăcută. Se vede clar că își face meseria cu seriozitate și pasiune – un adevărat exemplu de ospătar. Recomand cu drag Karma Lounge și sper să aveți și voi ocazia să fiți serviți de Diana – un model de respect și profesionalism! Locație foarte bine pusă la punct – decor modern și atmosferă relaxantă. Staff-ul amabil și atent, servirea rapidă, iar băuturile sunt foarte bine preparate. Recomand cu încredere pentru o seară reușită în Brașov! Personal de treaba, preturi super decente. Am recent la karma, iar experiența a dezamăgitoare. Deși mai erau doar 20 de minute până la închidere, personalul a luat comanda fără să ne informeze că se închide curând. Abia după ce am comandat, ni s-a spus în grabă că „dacă mai vrem ceva, să ne grăbim că se închide”. Nota ne-a trântită pe masă fără nicio urmă de politețe. Iar la final, după ce am spart din greșeală un pahar (lucru care se poate întâmpla oricui), am taxați cu 20 de lei. Înțeleg că politica localului, dar felul în care ne-a comunicat totul a lăsat mult de dorit: lipsă totală de empatie, de comunicare și de bun-simț. Un loc în care clientul tratat cu superioritate și graba de a-l scoate pe ușă nu merită nici timpul, nici banii mei. Nu recomand. Perfect drinks great food experience magnificent over Brasov!!
