From taking the time to video call and chat through the plans for the to her calm energy, knowledge and guidance on the day, she was a superstar from start to finish. Although I said yes in another store, my with Aoibhinn was my favourite and most relaxed of any bridal store I visited. I couldn't her and the team at Lilac Rose enough. I picked my here a few weeks ago and it was the best experience! Aoibhínn was my consultant and she was the best! She made it so exciting and I didn’t get too overwhelmed. I’d highly everyone to go to lilac rose. They have sooo many different dresses to choose from and they make it the most relaxed but exciting experience. Thank you so much and I can’t wait to have my dress. In August I went bridal shopping and was dealing with Aoibhínn. It was a very calming and I couldn’t fault the at all. Aoibhínn was and helped make my shopping amazing. I found my dream and was fully relaxed the whole way. I had the best in Lilac Rose a few weeks ago when looking for my wedding dress. It was my first and Aoibhínn made me so relaxed before and during the fitting. They go the extra mile in making each person special with their FaceTime call the day before you come in and a follow up phone call a few weeks after purchasing the dress. Aoibhínn was so helpful throughout the and I was delighted at the end when I found my dream dress. I would highly future brides to visit here when looking for their wedding dress!! They take such dedication and care in each person who comes in. From the first phone call I received from Aoibhinn in Lilac Rose, I felt like I was speaking with a friend. Immediately ,the nerves of looking for a faded. On arrival the service was set up so beautifully and I really felt like it was all for me. I was looked after in both appointments by Emma and her expertise was exceptional. After trying on dresses that I chose, Emma then picked out dresses to beat my favourite. The itself was relaxed, there was no feeling of pressure to pick a dress, my privacy and comfort were kept to the fore front at all times, and Aoibhínn was my personal hype girl, making me so good, and being very honest in her opinions on different gowns. I didn’t buy my at the first visit, as I am an out and out overthinker, and this was not a problem at all, Aoibhínn invited me back to try on my favourites the following week. After taking some time to think about the options, I did fall in love with my in Lilac Rose, and Aoibhínn was more than happy to have me and my bridesmaids back in to try the on again, style it, and have the the big moment of saying yes to the gúna! 🤍 overall incredibly positive experience, and one I will cherish.
