Was in Limerick for the day and thought this would be great for the kids. Can't book online, rang the mobile number several times in the days leading up to our trip and no answer. Chanced it anyway and it was rammed for two birthdays. Left disappointed as they didn't have space for us. Good for young people but not much for the adults A great day out for kids, jump lane trampolines, soft play area, Jurassic golf and fantastic place for bowling 🎳, there is also a great restaurant if you need a coffee, cappuccino or meal while the play. Fully booked this out a few years ago for a club trip (50 people, all 18-21 year olds) and it was incredible. Makes for a very fun evening. You'll be tired, but constantly laughing and smiling. With the whole place you've a lot of scope for games, and beanbags on the sides were a welcome rest for people. Went back another with a smaller group and it was a very different experience due to the amount of small there. It was very chaotic and you're somewhat limited in that, as you run to do anything a small child will inevitably run into your way. Have to be a lot more careful and I felt that having anywhere near 50 people now was a bit too chaotic. All in all a great place, and if I'm ever in a position to be hosting a trip for 50 people again I'd be going straight there. 10 euros per hour per child. You can't go to the trampolines at 12:20, only at 12 or 13, so choose the of your visit so that the children don't wait for a long time. the children were left behind. safe enough for children over 5 years old. you can take food with you and also buy it there. Amazing experience to go with all the family, was really nice and helpful. My had amazing day . The love it but it's pretty expensive for 45 minutes of jumping on a trampoline. But everything else was great fun ☺️ Had a for my son today the enjoyed the trampolines and seemed nice hadn’t really got any issues until the when I told a member of we were short bags and food for two the two girls who checked my group into the trampolines toke names and put wrist tags on each of the which was 14 they only put down 12 take in mind the checked in all the and all had wristbands but two names weren’t put down on the list plus two names on the list was a Benson and Leah neither names I had at least three approached me asking me how many I had and made me feel like I was going to run out the door without paying or was trying to do them out of a few chicken nuggets when food was handed to the toke the remaining food away with them leaving two without after telling I was short food the food came as were ready for cake weren’t one bit friendly even approached to pay in the as if like I said we were going to do a runner put another’s bags in our and I quickly told they weren’t ours if I wanted to con anyone I could of easily handed them out to my own group. It’s not worth money or the hassle made the error and I was made me feel like I done something wrong! Great place to let off steam. A hour ia perfect in there. loved it, The place needs a good clean! I was visiting there with my friend from the states and her kids. I was shocked at the lack of cleanliness. The toilets were absolutely disgusting. We bought some food and sat down to eat it. We sat at this little booth and as I went to slide in, I was shocked to feel how sticky the fake leather seat was. It was grimey, sticky, just disgusting. Lots of claw machines and push money machines that were a total distraction for kids. On a rainy day there’s not much else to do. Wouldn’t recommend to be honest. Staff were lovely and helpful. The cleanliness issue starts from the top down. Great place to let off a bit of steam €315 for one hour - rip off. Kindly rescheduled due to illness. However - informed it was one hour of Jumplanes and 30mins in with food. By the the 15 were checked in with wrist straps, took off their shoes & jackets it was 3.40. At 4.20 they were told to get out of the trampoline. Sent to wrong with someone else's cake. Very small portions, which they demolished in five minutes. 30 mins to entertain fifteen 11yr olds until advised collection time. Then had to pay the €315 in two transactions as two separate companies (also not advised.) Perks in Cork, €10 -€15 pp for 2.5hrs of fun. Jumplanes Limerick is a rip off. Horrible. were on their phones the whole and LAUGHED at my child when she got hurt. Never coming back Very bad service pay a lot service so bad. We order for 15 food get service for 13 so bad. Same you pay 21€ from kid 🤯 And so dirty and floors so sleepy. I nearly fell myself. So bad. End of more worst. Short plates for cake. Omg guys you charge so much and you not have plates for cake. So bad. Not recommended.
