Very unique indoor place for to visit and enjoy Plenty of parking space, plenty of sitting place inside The had a time All the adults found the place very cold As no booking is required, the is very overcrowded. We also found it not very clean. There are lots of older at the baby area, and the baby is not big. With 4 we have been to MANY soft across Ireland. This one is by far the best one we have ever been to. Various themed for different age groups that are very well built. My loved the volcano climb! The cafe is big serves good food and has many sofa for parents. On the downside it was a bit pricey, the could have been a bit cleaner and the disabled toilet/parent changing room had no lock! (Hence the 4star rating and not 5). Apart from that it was a visit for our and we hope to be back, DV. Kidstown really does ensure all their guests are safe and secure and most importantly have … terrific fun! Good as a but my God it's dirty inside and out, no working in any area. Potential but no effort is great, it includes a huge volcano tower that can climb and multiple zones for different ages. Plenty of seating with tables and chairs even when it's busy. They cater to birthday parties, serving hot food and drinks. You can order hot food (toasty and chips are really filling), coffee, slushies or snacks at the counter while the and there are a few game machines around. Bathrooms are big and wheelchair accessible with changing unit for babies. The bathrooms could do with more maintenance and another person on the counter to order food but that's down to the amount of customers that pass through on a daily basis. Even with a crowd, there is still plenty of space for everyone and music playing in the background Was probably once a spot. Now extremely run down. Leaks all over the roof, including over the toddler area. Instead of fixing the leaks, buckets get put out. left soaked and miserable. Much of the equipment is broken, some of it quite hazardous, I spotted two electrical outlets which had cables visibly hanging within reach of children. When this was brought to the attention of the manager he literally just shrugged and walked away without response. The bathrooms were disgusting, the coffee tasted like it was made with the roof leak water. Avoid at all costs. Best for childrens.... Been to Kidstown on a few occasions, for for all ages, different for baby, toddlers and kids. My biggest issue with kidstown is you could have 10 year olds firing balls around in the baby section and playing rough with each other, no control of age groups in areas. Food available onsite, teas & coffee’s. Not very clean, slides full of dust. Starting to look abit run down. But overall an enjoyment for hours for any kids. Normally very busy. This is a good way to entertain on a wet afternoon. There's enough to keep them entertained for 2/2.5 hours , there's wifi and you can buy tea and coffee. Very spacious, a lot of attractions for kids. Big parking. Good pricing. Big potential. Things to improve: It's not clean. Floor is dirty. Not enough lights on, very dark. Few times tried to use 2€ machines but they weren't working and there were no money refund. When asked for help they said it's not their problem! Horrible food served, just junk food and fizzy drinks, no option for healty snacks, even water is just form fridge (cold) so if coming here bring your own snacks and water for kids. Probably one of the dirtiest soft plays I have ever been to. Such a shame because it has such potential. Brought toddler and baby. Baby has not been cleaned in weeks and that's being generous. Bouncers full of crumbs and dust. No excuse when sitting at desks on their phones. 2 stars as there is good for older children. No recomendable. Mucha suciedad. Es asqueroso Good fun with lots of different things to do. Building needs some TLC and felt a bit dark re: lighting. Food was simple buy okay. place amazing fun ,my son loves it and I travel from Galway My absolutely love it in Town! We are from South Dublin and have nothing like this near us! Well worth a visit 👌🏼 my are 12,6 & 2 As much as it has something for every age, its not worth coming if you have any basic standard of hygiene! The are almost unusable ... I carried my daughter in and out of them as there was clearly all sorts of fluids on the floor and she was only in her socks... Because it's not opened during weekdays I think it's just trying to pull as much custom in during weekend without giving it any proper maintenance... Please do better for the kids! The condition of the is quite poor and unpleasant, with a noticeable odor that lingers. It seems that no one is taking responsibility for their cleanliness, which is concerning, especially since frequently use the facilities. Hygiene is crucial, yet the current state of the reflects a rating of '0'. was really eager to visit this place, especially on a Saturday, knowing that most soft centres near me are always packed on weekends. I’ve been to so many with my child, and I have to say—this one was easily one of the most spacious and well laid-out centres I’ve seen. It’s so big that you don’t even notice how many are there, and the space is thoughtfully divided into four (actually, maybe even five!) different zones for different age groups. Each is clearly designed with the kids’ safety and enjoyment in mind, and I really appreciated that it didn’t feel like a money-grab, which is rare. It felt like the owners genuinely care about providing a safe, age-appropriate environment, and that stood out to me. So many places I’ve been to are overcrowded to the point of being unsafe, but not here. It was clean, well-organised, and even the lady at the counter was really friendly. No complaints at all—we’ll definitely be back! Filthy dirty, covered in dust and a strong smell of urine throughout the centre. On arriving the at reception was rude , it was very cold which isn’t acceptable when it’s a indoor soft for young and babies, the aren’t been maintained which is very clear when you walk in , there is a very strong odour as you walk in , are walking into without shoes on it’s very unhygienic the floor is wet around the and the sanitary bins are full. During our time was asked to help as a child couldn’t be found, the was not willing to help in anyway and continued calling peoples order numbers for food when we were clearly very worried about the child we had been looking before asking , thankfully we found him playing in another part of the complex. I wouldn’t recommend kidstown it is not child/family friendly or hygienic Pentru copii este un loc atractiv dar cu zgomot. Copilu sa simtit excelent. Pentru maturi este mai putin atractiv. The are the rudest and most useless I have ever witnessed. They are so rude and they all seem to not even want to be there. I asked to order food at 3.45 and they said the kitchen was closed and they are open until 5. No sorry or anything. The foreign lady is the most ignorant of the lot but they are all pretty bad. How can people that are working around be so miserable and rude and none of them seem like they want to be there. Worst I've ever seen. Unfortunately it's the only soft place around but I won't be back. Lovely place. Absolutely filthy with dirt. Baby equipment with strong odour can clearly see it has never been cleaned. The are equivalent to the slums. Doors don't close properly, feaces on the walls. Baby changers so dirty. Honestly don't know how its open very unsafe or suitable for babies or children.
