Great place for morning run. Good atmosphere and play for kid. There are some outdoor basic gym equipments as well along the runway. There is only one cafe Nearby i,e Milk Thistle, Which is mostly over crowded for sit in but a good option for take away. Cafe has strick working hours and is closed on Sundays. however, on a great sunny day, You can find an ice cream/Coffee Van as well to entertain kids. Nice spot for Nice for a walks &jogs. You have walking and cycle lanes.....there is also a huge playground... Your will enjoy for sure. Drinking water, toilets and parking available. Great park! Fab inclusive & walk/run tracks This is a fantastic to bring to or even your dog around. We regularly our dogs there during the year and recently brought friends and their kids. I was happy to see its disability friendly and there's plenty to do for and grown ups alike. Its a nice place for Softball session open for all Tuesdays 7pm Good place for children. Enough parking space, but in the peak time quite difficult to get parking slots. Great facility for health and pleasure activities. Walking, cycling, playground, dog walking, dog run area. Picnic tables, toilet etc. Fabulous lengthy pathway around Mungret amongst the green grass, fairyforts, natural hedgerows, and newly planted saplings. Bee pollinating areas too. Beautiful on a sunny day and all FREE. Ample parking. Local cafe called the Milk Thistle. Lovely place. Big open with track for jogging/walk. And amazing play area. Sufficient parking space around Great for broad age range, alongside the whose undulating path, about 1 mile around, is good for walks and runs. 2 x cafes adjacent Very well laid out, all-inclusive, and perfect for families. You can keep fit by walking or jogging around a perfectly laid out series of pathways, or you can entertain your kids, or as in my case grandkids, including those with disabilities. Definitely a treasure to experience Felt like a minority because it was full of people from a certain culture and religion. They had just taken everything over and pushing other away that weren't from their culture and religion. It's a shame as the used to be a great place to go. There is still the walk/cycle lane that goes around the with exercise machines along the way and a couple of picnic spots that are nice. Not much has changed since my last review those people are still there thinking they own the place on top of them at the picnic has been taken over black Africans being very rude blasting out their music showing no respect. Lovely with plenty of space to relax, walk, and enjoy nature—perfect for families and peaceful outings. Random trip to some different become lovely experience.
