Food is good, but are AMAZING! We spent many nights there during our vacations. The espresso martini is to die for. One of best shops in the area. The croissant is crunchy and very tastey. What a little bar! The weee fabulous and the service first rate. We also loved the music selection playing and shazamed pretty much every track! Casper is probably the best summer bar in Budva. The is nice, with a crowd and no rowdy drunken teenagers. The are pretty and a the garden and the location itself is really beautiful. However, the biggest downside is that it’s always packed in the summer, making it difficult to find a place to sit. Unfortunately, the service is often disappointing. One particularly bad experience involved a waiter who didn’t speak Montenegrin or English and had no idea what “Prosecco” was. Instead of bringing us glasses of wine, he sent a colleague over with a whole bottle, claiming he couldn’t take it back with a remark that a bottle is better than a glass anyway and we’ll it. We actually couldn’t and it’s not up to him to decide how much we can or want to drink. The service was excellent, the waitress assisted us in selecting that perfectly suited our preferences. I had the Ethiopia blend coffee, and it was excellent, very tasty. The cafe is beautiful, with plenty of natural shade, atmosphere, and the staff were extremely friendly. Definitely a recommendation to stop by for or a if you find yourself in Budva. We stumbled upon this very charming roastery in the old town just after visiting the Citadel. Instead of coffee, we ended up having from the very comprehensive menu. The service was really too. They also offer very generous snacks, two of which would have been more than sufficient for the three of us. Very evening spent here.
