It’s a place if you have a bunch of impatient kids. They can be fed quickly and run to the castle mound or dip their toes to the small stream next to it. Amazing outdoor views, concept / idea. Quite well coordinated activity to serve meals for large groups. The food itself could be better :) but definitely worth visiting :) I highly recommend it! It’s been a long time since I’ve been to such a restaurant. We visited the 'Kepsnių Ceche' (Grill Workshop). All the food is sourced from local farms—cheeses, meats, etc.—so the quality was fantastic. The service was very friendly; they greeted us, saw us off, and gave excellent recommendations. They created a wonderful evening atmosphere with tasteful Christmas music. The prices are definitely not those of a small-town café, but rather those of a decent restaurant, and it’s definitely worth paying for such food. I’m glad that businesses like this exist in such a place and attract people. People should rely less on Google reviews and just try going there themselves, because often those star ratings are given out of the slightest bit of anger. The location is a treat, I don’t think you can get any better here. This place offers stunning views where two rivers meet. Though this was the best part. Service was mediocre, we didn't receive much attention. There were many meat options on the menu, but most of them were not available. Meat stakes were expensive (which is ok for a meat) but chewy. Though, deserts were pretty good. And they offers very nice soup options in a small glasses (visible in a first photo) Visiting "Pasaulio puodai". Day was quite windy. Average meal quality, overpriced (19eur/burger), terrible service 1.5hour waiting for 2 burgers when restaurant was almost empty. to come once, would not recommend to visit 2nd time. Mission accomplished 100% The restaurant has a terrace with amazing view. We have ordered mushroom starter and soup, also as a main dish we have selected roasted duck breast. All the dishes were excellent. The soup was soothing with lots of mushrooms. The starter was served with oven baked potatoes and pickles. Potatoes were prepared flawlessly (very soft) to match the mushrooms with cream sauce - amazing combination representing local cuisine. The duck breast was prepared well, with crusty top and matched with an appropriate sauce (seemed like basil and wine? Not 100% sure, but was great). The side salad was fresh and refreshing (peach dressing). Finally, the restaurant served german lemonades (Balis). We tried basil, Rosmarin and pineapple - definitely must to try.
