I recently dined at this traditional Lithuanian restaurant and found it to be a mixed experience. The restaurant's spacious layout and ample free parking were definite pluses, creating a comfortable and convenient atmosphere. However, while the food was decent, it fell short of being exceptional. While I appreciated the effort to serve traditional Lithuanian cuisine, the flavors and execution were not the best I've had. On a positive note, the service was commendable. The staff was attentive and friendly, contributing positively to the overall dining experience. I like the place. Main dishes are big and tasty, price is good. Had grilled chicken, 9/10 personal score, side salad was not my favorite. Chicken shish kebab was good, 9/10, same salad not which I would choose. Home made dumplings, pancakes very tasty, 10/10. Maybe menu for kids is what I missed. Lots of people visit this placre so some food in the evevning is alrrady over. Recommend this place. Service moderate As far as roadside restaurant goes this one is world top league. Nice, clean and serving very food. Stop, go for meal and enjoy. I was a little bit afraid to go there since there are not a lot of information or informative pictures, but we wanted something to eat and it was the closest place. We were surprised that it is actually a very nice place and there was a friendly cat, a pony, a bunny and a three beautiful alpacas. The place is suitable for kids and toddlers. Outside there is a playgroud for kids and on the inside a very cosy place for toddlers. The food was actually good. Traditional cold beetroot soup wasn't the best, a little bit to much fat, especially on the potatoes. We also had pancakes that were really good. Except maybe mushrooms sauce, that I expected to be ritcher taste, like brown champignon or even better boletus, chanterelle. Either way we had a great lunch here. The place is a little unassuming, but the food was delicious!! the best potato pancakes we've had in Lithuania, cold beetroot soup was also great, fried bread nicely spiced. wonderful, helpful waitress. prices were totally fair.
