This place serves probably the most authentic Indian food compared to many other Indian restaurants. It is quite on the out skirts of Oslo but worth the short trip there for the delicious Indian food. The ambiance of the restaurant is really nice and cozy. The food is delicious. We had chicken tikka masala. Butter chicken, and Paneer masala, which all were very delicious. I particularly enjoyed butter chicken over anything else. We had both naan and rice with it. The rice given along with the curry is complementary. We also had kulfi as dessert. The staff was warm and friendly. They made sure if everything was okay with the food and if we were comfortable. The menu prices is not too expensive but maybe a little above the average price. After my visit a lot of fellow google guides recommended that we could had tried mango chicken. I only wish that the staff had recommended that. But maybe if I visit next time that would be the dish I try. A recommended place for Indian cuisine. We’ve had dinner here a couple of times. Good portion, good service, good vibes, generally a good dining place. The only area of improvement is lack of seasoning and spices. For an Indian restaurant, most of the dishes we have had were too mild. The restaurant had clearly well adapted to the “Norwegian” culture, maybe a bit too much. More seasoning please ;) and please offer spice level options for those that enjoy authentic Indian food. We will likely come back. Perfect! Everything!
