The effort is somehow outdated and needs some renovations. Come here if you want your mode ruined by the receptionist. The owner should train their staff to basic manners. It’s completely fine if you don’t have availability on a Sunday but how you communication it’s important. Especially if your are working in a costumer facing job. I know that working with people is not easy and can be tiring but if you can’t handle it change job and don’t make your incompetence everyone else’s problem. Don’t waste your time and money. Rude staff who think you are stupid tourists . They charge 15 euro for bed, all spots are kind of reserved and they kick you off on the side to the end of beach. No restaurants or stores to get water. No one speaks English . Unprofessional The worst. Do not even try to enter this restata if you are not a client of their “lido” . They are the typical example of accoglienza genovese, they treat you badly on purpose. I was there with a 1,5 year old baby and had to wait every dish literally for half an hour. It’s 9 pm and they preferred to clean table around instead of bringing us a dessert. I cannot really imagine what is in their heads… Absolute scam, they flat out stole me 20 euros. I paid to have a sunbed, once I arrive at the said sunbed they tell me there's no left (temperature is 40°). They additionally lie by saying they warned me there was no (if that was true obviously I wouldn't have come). They refused to refund me. When searching for a solution, they only wanted me to pay more but still have no umbrella. Liars and thieves. Lots of swimming pools, lots of activities for kids and adults. Very clean. Not cheap. The staff from the stand Lido Dal 1908 was very very unpolite, raciste. Telling us to move all the time. We felt very uncomfortable! I will recommand anybody buying tickets from them. It'a big cheat! Frequento il Lido da qualche anno... certo le piscine non sono nuove ma nel frattempo hanno ristrutturato la palestra, l'area giochi, la caravella, la terrazza e la pizzeria. Certo il prezzo non è il più basso della città ma hai 3 piscine a disposizione oltre alla spiaggia, un campetto e un'area giochi... Nella vita si può sempre migliorare ma finché in questa città continueremo a vedere i bicchieri mezzi vuoti resteremo i classici genovesi dal mugugno facile che mandano via i turisti.
