A pebble reminiscent of some of the larger towns & villages down the Ligurian coast - multi coloured building etc. We got a #31 bus out here from Brignole train station. A few bars and eateries around. Wonderful local spot with Accomodation, food and nice for tanning and a few photographs. Day and Night scenes are totally stunning and so is the crowd . Chill a drink or Ice cream at famous shops here. Nice but found no toilet and no changing room. Boccadasse offers scenic views but is quite and can get quite crowded. Nearby, you'll find plenty of and cafes, and a church along the promenade. It’s a charming spot, though the tight space and lack of amenities are worth noting. The main area is very and was difficult to walk on normally. Better visit beaches in nearby villages of Genova than this over rated beach. While in Genoa, I spent an evening at Boccadasse Beach, and it was an amazing experience! The water was pleasantly warm, perfect for a relaxing dip, and the vibe in the evening made it even more special. It’s a beach, not sandy but full of smooth stones, which adds to its unique charm. There are also a few cozy around, making it a great spot to enjoy a meal with a view. Though it’s not the largest beach, I loved its intimate and peaceful setting—especially for an evening visit. Highly recommended! The colorful buildings along the look unreal and incredible, which can’t really be said for the itself — it’s not exactly one of the world’s best. Nice very Italian style. The view is wonderful. Just be careful! 1. It’s pebble beach, you absolutely need a pair of special pebble shoes. 2. Difficult with kids: 4+ ok, -4 complicated 🤷‍♀️ there is a special path for pushchair/stroller but it’s still difficult. To go swimming with kids I wouldn’t recommend. 3. The water is not so clean. 4. There is a shower place. The water is cold but not salty. Nice for a quick shower after the sea. Accessible from the main road. Nice and cafes around. A nice little place. Chilled for the afternoon whilst visiting Genoa. Hop on hop off bus stops nearby. Beautiful with amazing food and cocktail options nearby. But always a bit crowded and the stones are making getting in and out of the water hard. nice clean with a lifeguard. Has a shower, beautiful colourful buildings with few in it. And the long Marina to walk afterwards back to the town We visit this place at 15 October and the weather was good, sun is bright, mojito tasty) Take a walk around its old streets, enjoy the great view and have some nice seafood at one of the several by the sea! My favorite? "La Cambusetta"! We visited here for the day and walked along the promenade from where we were staying in Genoa! Amazing beach. The water is the best we found in Italy and the area is beautiful with good and bars.
