They brought each plate at 15 mins distance, forgot to order by burger, waited about 50 minutes in total for it, burger meat extremely salty (probably old meat covered with salt, since it’s 2nd January), Caesar salad is definitely not Caesar (crispy in it??). Also they mistakenly ordered 2 hot chocolates instead of one, had to pay them both. The most horrible experience in a Bulgarian restaurant. Very good food and generous portions. We were allowed to bring our dog in because it was very cold outside and they brought her water. Very friendly staff! Nice bar, decent coffee and good burgers. Service could be better. Absolutely no! The food is awfull and there is no variety of the menu, just 2-3 possibilities and only fast food (like burgers, burritos). The services are the worst I ever seen, the drinks come after loooong time, the food the same but before the drinks, they forget to put cutlery and of course, the cutlery arrived the latest. The only positive thing is that the waitress has the willing to do a good job, but unfortunately she has just the willing and not the knowledge about how to offer good services. Too long to wait for the food, 40 minutes, and I can’t say the food is worth the wait. Also no beverage for 15 minutes while waiting. I think waiters are working also as the cookers… Food is decent, not super tasty and not bad. Definitely can’t recommend in case you don’t have additional hour or two. Even to pay, we are waiting already 20 minutes for that. A super place to stop by & have a meal. Great portion sizes & great value for money. I definitely do recommend coming here. However, the toilets are very tight and located in the basement, so if disabled it's very hard to get to. No access to them if wheelchair bound. And the service was quick, simple and pleasant. And the atmosphere here is always amazing, very nice and comfy Please do not waste your time and go to this place. I ordered pizza only to come after 2 hours to tell me that i need to order something else because they didnt have any more! Unbelievable! I told the owner she needs to close this place but she still seems confident she has an “amazing” restaurant! 0 service and 0 management in this place! Great place to relax with a cup of coffee, have a burrito and even do some work! mid food This is the best place to eat and drink! The food is delicious, the drinks are top notch, and the service is wonderful! Very friendly service. We had some great Coffee and hot chocolat.
