Hopefully, one day, there would be another chance to visit this old town place again. Very disappointing experience. It was closed during the opening hours while cleaning the floor, but nobody said anything to me looking inside, until finally the cleaning lady informed me with gestures that it will be open in a few minutes again. The attendant said no word, no sorry, nothing and furthermore she had nearly no info and told me to look on the website (I did not need her to know, but wanted info on top of the website). The only positive thing: she is a very pretty young lady, but I do not go to a tourist info to see the coming Miss Croatia. Helpful. Friendly staff. Fluently speak English. Good place just in the entrance of the Old Town by the pedestrian bridge. Good advices, out of the box, not just the classical stuff you can find in any guide / blog. Very nice people you can make confidence. English spoken. Very friendly, able to answer all our questions. Lots of brochures and nice postcards. Our daughter forgot her stuffed animal here. They gave him a name and made him feel save. Great team, thanks for helping :) hugs from from Pedro and Mia Called in here for advice on where we could print some train tickets. Lucia went above and beyond and did it for us for free. A rare thing in today's money obsessed society. I want to give a shout-out to the staff at the information center. They managed to make our trip much more enjoyable. Highly recommend anyone visiting the city to stop by and get all the tips needed about locations, transportation, and events. Such a lovely modern space. We were very pleased we popped in and chatted to Antonia, she gave us great advice. Rather than a trip to the National Park, we instead took a ferry to one of the nearby islands to a beach she recommended. We had a great day of swimming and much cheaper than a bus trip to the Lakes. Thank you, Antonia! Exceptionally friendly staff, really useful information, and an excellent map to take away! Super friendly and professional, they are truly a great help in the city since not everyone speaks English. Super nice space for tourists: a lot of useful information, city guides and maps, friendly staff, phone chargers. The ladies work there are nice and very helpful . During my stay in Zadar I went there twice, both got very useful information. Thanks I was able to get helpful information here today. Lovely, simple and comunicative girl named Antonia. 5 stars 😍 Website change monitoring Monitor any webpage for changes – get instant email alerts when prices drop, new jobs are posted, products come back in stock, or competitors update their sites.
