Nice beach! We loved it. Good access to the sea, no shoes needed. There is parking fee (€10 a day if I’m correct) by the beach, but we’ve left our car in the city, and walked for 10 minutes. No problem. After been to Maraksa, Tucepi, Dubrovnik, Split and Bol, I didnt really care for Zadar. We like the beach. It is not 100% and we recommend wear shoes. In July 2025 was clear enough. I enjoyed swimming. The bad thing that I didn't find working shower for wash out salt from the body after swimming. We have big towel for sitting on the ground, so no need to rent chairs. Grrat for kids Below average beach. Uninviting to swim and looks dirty. It's the only close by. But there is no entrance to the water, too many rocks. Nevertheless, when is clear, you can find how to get in the sea. In other cases, it is better to wear corals to protect the feet. The sea here is very shallow, so it is perfect for children. Very dirty beach, trash everywhere. Chairs 10 euro each, two for 25!! But you can watch very nice sunset here + ideal for children and people who cant swim + beach, indside the sea + showers, drinks - little space - 100 kun cost the sunbed, 100 kun parking, just cash - its not for you if you dont like children screaming 😁 The is close to the old town Zadar, A 30-40minutes walk, area and stoney. However, if you don‘t have a car this is the reachable by bus and by walk..... beach. Was very pleased to see that the is cleaned every day. There's also a free shower 🚿 and a change booth. Great beach, it has and big normal beach, big beautiful trees with shades, ideal for and snorkeling, lot of big fish. Has fastfood, toilet, and coctaio bar and volleyball. Beautiful sunsets. very shallow and dirty sea. rest is possible only between the trees on the shore because further along the border there are fences from hotels. I do not recommend at all Super Very nice view but hard to say its a sand here, if you follow the coastline there is a non-natural sand beach. I surprised to see first time how people randomly lying on concrete stones next to road for sun bathing. I recommend to have a sea shoes because rocks are pointy and some of them sharp. If you have time i can recommend to visit further beaches Może w późniejszym terminie plaża wygląda inaczej ale na maj 3 gwiazdki to jest zawyżona ocena, brudno, zaniedbana plaża, w wodzie pełno glonów i śmieci Lijepa plaža, najbolja u Zadru, fali više hladovine zbog male djece Awful beach! As if you were in a port. Plastic chairs for 10€ to rent (each)? Are we serious? The craziest fact was that this place was recommended as the best in Zadar by 3 locals…Overall, we were disappointed from the beaches in Zadar..If you come from Mediterranean countries, it most probably won’t meet even your lowest expectations…. Family-friendly pebble with clear, shallow and good facilities. Showers don’t always work, and when it’s windy the can get a bit murky. It can be crowded in summer, so best to come early. Clean with sun loungers for rent. Great for a relaxing break. Ganz ok. Sehr schade! We walked 4km to find this in Zadar. The sand is more Tenerife than Cancun so calling it is a stretch! Laying on it was like lying on concrete. We tried a sunbed but were told they were €20 for the day for 2. However, we found out later that they charge the locals only half of that price!! The isn’t particularly clean with plenty of wasps enjoying the debris at the edge. We won’t bother returning to this beach. Ciepła woda, dla rodzin z dziećmi super, woda ciepła, można oglądać rybki. The is contaminated with bacteria before the hight season starts! My son was in a hospital with IV for 24 hours. Keep in mind, it’s not clean even though it’s nice place to spend with family. Nice with a good restaurant. Shallow, very good for children. Definitely need shoes because there are lots of rocks. It’s not really a beach, it’s a rather combo. So don’t expect Caribbean style beach. Around you have all the fun amenities and bars. Here is my favourite authentic find from Zadar as l wanted to bring home something useful.
