Love it A cool place to release I have visited this ice cream shop several times, and unfortunately, my experiences have consistently been disappointing due to the behavior of one particular staff member. Each time I was served by a woman at the counter, I found her to be unfriendly and dismissive toward me, without any clear reason. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt on multiple occasions, hoping things would improve, but my most recent visit made it clear that this was not an isolated incident. I couldn’t help but feel that her attitude toward me was rooted in prejudice. This was especially apparent given that I have never experienced such treatment from the young lady or the gentleman who also work there; both of them have always been polite and welcoming. I believe in treating everyone with respect and expect the same in return. It’s disappointing to feel unwelcome in a place I wanted to support. I hope the management addresses this issue so that all customers can enjoy a positive experience.
