The (a young girl and a young guy) were completely overwhelmed on a Thursday! With very few customers, we waited 20 minutes for an overpriced cocktail, which was ultimately served without alcohol! When we politely asked for alcohol in the cocktail, we were rudely turned away... Never again! I can only warmly recommend the bar across the street! Unfortunately, this is the fifth time I've had this experience there, and it's always the same unfriendly, arrogant staff! They were asking for identity card when we tried to go in. We were spending our holidays, we didn't bring ID cards to everywhere. We obviously looked old enough, but they didn't accept the photo version about the ID. Absolute shitplace!!! We ordered two cocktails, both non-alcoholic. After politely pointing this out to the staff, we were treated with a rude slur. Apparently, they do this a lot there, so I would advise everyone not to go there. Instead, I would go to Casanblanca across the street; you won't get ripped off there and you get your money's worth. The bar owner should consider changing staff, because incompetent and unfriendly like this scares off every customer.
