Really good location, looking very good, but service is awful. We were waiting out order 1 hour. It has real good potential, but the owner must find and pay additional people in order to have satisfied customers. Otherwise, he can close it in few years. The location was very nice, the staff responsible for the dining area were also very good and the food was ok for the price. But the Shisha area was literally horrible, we oredered 2 shishas, one worked and the other one didnt! The guy added more tabacon the head but it still didnt work, he changed the lower part and its still now working! In the end he said I dont know what the problem is and I ended up paying 40 Euros for 2 shishas even though just 1 was working! He obviously should not charge me for the Shisha that didnt work!Since smoking was the main reason I drove from Frankfurt to Mookai beach; I will not be coming back again to this place. Beautiful place.. I can see us becoming regulars here! Thay have such a cool online ordering system and it works perfect.. ☆☆☆☆☆ Slow service, overpriced. Nice location. This is my third time here and I find this to be a great location to relax with friends for a drink and meal. It's a bit pricey, but the cocktails are good and the meals uncomplicated. Interesting place for cocktails and sangria. Food menu available. The lake next to it is quite dirty though and not recommended for swimming. Summer Feeling Great place but poor service. Lots of potential. I will give it one more chance... Great place to relax and have great time with family.
