We have enjoyed:) Really nice indoor playground, has everything you need for your children. Trampoline, three sliders, one air Castle and a lot of games. Parents can have some coffee and food there( pommes, chicken nuggets). One star minutes because it was feeling cold inside for the parents. The kids are sweating anyways :) Been here multiple times for birthdays including 2 for my own children. It's great, clean, friendly staff. The food is typical for one of these places but our kids eat it up. it's nice place for kids day out .nothing for teens but good enough for younger ones. food is good not that expensive. overall no regrets coming here.😊😊😊😊 Sauber und freundlich, natürlich auch oft voll und laut. Die Tische werden liebevoll mit allem eingedeckt (Pappteller, Plastikgabel, Bechern, Deko, Blumen, Tafel mit Namen vom Geburtstagskind und Girlande) im Preis enthalten: 4 verschiedene Menüs zum aussuchen, 1L Getränk für jedes Kind, Eintritt und ein kleines Milcheis. Der Indoorspielplatz ist nicht recht groß, aber die Kinder kommen trotzdem voll auf ihre Kosten. Ein Kleinkinderbereich gibt es auch separat. Wir kommen wieder Great place for to play. The sitting area is much more convenient compared to some other indoor parks that I’ve been to. You can see the whilst sitting whereas other places the sitting area is separated from the play area. Food is average. Ich habe den Indoorspielplatz Jungle Box in Mühlheim besucht und war begeistert, die Spielmöglichkeiten sind vielfältig und die Einrichtung ist sehr sauber. Es gibt tolle Aktivitäten für Kinder jeden Alters und einen gemütlichen Bereich für die Eltern. Ich kann Jungle Box nur empfehlen. Honestly it was our go to place, we went there almost every weekend, until this weekend. The service was so rude and disrespectful! It is not a very big place so it is easy to watch the children, but they have many activities. Not a single star….staff on reception was too much bad manner, misbehave and aggressive. He didnt know how to speak with customer. In front of My family and 3 he was completely out of his senses and he said to me i am not allowed to enter this area. Oh my God i did not see such a thing on reception specially on playing area. Be careful and i think we should avoid such places in order to teach them lesson how to deal with customers and families. Vielen Dank und ein großes Lob We are tourists from England and came here because of the good experience of our friend’s, everything is good cheap but the staff is not friendly the old man waiters speak rudely to my daughter because she can’t remember the nr on the table. Wir waren schon öfter dort, und uns ist aufgefallen, dass der ältere Herr (vermutlich der Besitzer) sehr unfreundlich ist. Nun gut, das überspielt man für die Kinder. Was ich aber heute erlebt habe, war wirklich traurig. Wir haben für zwei Kinder (1,5 und 8 Jahre) und einen Erwachsenen 18 € bezahlt – kein Problem, wenn die Kinder Spaß haben, zahlt man das gerne. Ich hatte die Kinder gerade fertig gemacht, als mein Sohn die milchschnitte im Kinderwagen sah und sie natürlich haben wollte. Also habe ich sie ihm gegeben, da wir ohnehin gehen wollten.Mein anderer Sohn der schon angezogen war hat aus seiner Wasserflasche getrunken beim warten Plötzlich stand dieser ältere Mann vor mir und sagte, dass mitgebrachtes Essen verboten sei. Ich erklärte ihm, dass wir gerade gehen, woraufhin er nur erwiderte, dass im Haus nichts mitgebrachtes gegessen werden darf. Wie soll ich das einem 1,5 Jahre alten Kind erklären? Er schaute uns nur böse an und ging dann wortlos weg. Jede Mama oder jeder Papa kennt das doch – Kinder wollen unterwegs essen oder trinken, vor allem im Kinderwagen. Wenn hier das Geld wichtiger ist als das Wohl der Kinder, dann ohne uns!
