Nice place first in second floor BUT with NO elevator. If you come in car it's OK. But else kinderwagen etc needs to be planned properly to be taken up. We have been here many times with different kid's birthday parties. It's always fun, they have areas for all ages. The small area is quite nice as well with different things to do. The food is ok but for parties you can bring your own food as well, which is not typical for parties, but you also have to bring your own drinks. It’s very crowded and hard for adults to find a place to sit. There are also visibility issues within the play area. Restrooms are also completely outside the facility. Personally, I’d increase the price, decrease how long customers can stay, improve access control (many groups are not paying) and add menu items that are more attractive to adults. All that said, I would probably still go back because the play attractions were really fun for my kids. My always love to be here. In busy hours they still have enough place to play. Food is good, not so expensive and huge amount. Lots of things to like about this place: Prices are fair. Staff is nice. Food is really good! Especially their salads - highly recommended! Lots of stations for to play in, especially the toddler area is very nice. Things to keep in mind: Weekdays are best days, weekends can be really crowded and chaotic. The equipment is a bit old, yes, but tolerable. It's on the 3rd floor of a walk up, as far as I can tell there are no elevators. Toilets are on the 2nd floor, which is kind of inconvenient. Still, the price vs. distance to Frankfurt vs. what they offer for the makes this a favorite for us, especially on rainy weekday afternoons! The had a lot of fun. I was very disappointed. After paying for the entry I realized that a lot of attractions ( I counted 10) were only available by paying extra money for them. I didn't see that information on the internet site. The entry isn't cheap so it should give access to everything. My handicapped daughter could enter for a reduced price that's good but no attractions were really adequate for her. Not to mention that there is no elevator so children in wheelchair couldn't enter not enjoy their stay since no attractions would be adequate for them either. Very disappointed. This place wasn't worth the one star that I'm being forced to give it. Every where i looked there were bare feet...all the equipment, the chairs we sat on, the tables people eat off. The staff was not only unfriendly but seemed to go out of their way to do it. The prices were outrageous and for three hours of playing the got bored pretty quick. Also there was a funky smell that i can't describe but it wasn't good! Overall pretty lame for the price and unfriendly for the headache to get here!
