We visited for a birthday party for 3 hours. Food is below average. Staffs were alright but need to improve their energy levels in a place such as this kids place. Looks like they were there just because they don’t have other options. And super slow, probably for the long hours. Mama meint should improve that with more training and hiring people only loves to work with children. Overall alright. Nice and clean, we attended a birthday party which is a little bit more expensive than other places. And just about everything needs tokens which cost 1 euro each. But it's a smaller place and both younger (2.5yo) and bigger kids enjoyed it.and it wasn't as loud as some places. Great bounce house for kids. Very clean and attentive staff. Would go back again when I visit Germany. A very nice indoor playground. My 2 and half year old daughter and my 1 and half year old niece had a great time. Food was good too. Lots too explore and do. We had a wonderful experience here for my child's birthday party. Tollhaus was always quick to respond to my email questions beforehand and left me feeling confident that arrangements were under control. On the day of the event, Yasmine provided excellent, attentive service. She and the rest of the team made it easy for us to have fun and focus on celebrating my child. We would definitely host another party here! A good place for kids with no waiting on Saturday afternoons. However, there is limited space and seating for adults to sit and rest. Despite the advertised closing time of 10 pm, it actually closed at 6:30 pm on Saturday when I visit. Very nice experience and excellent services. We celebrated our daughter birthday there. The staff members (Ms.Stella) was very polite and she managed all tasks proactively. Overall, very nice experience. Thank you Das Tollhaus team. Some of the nice features are, security - children cannot get out without adult assistance, great hygiene and decent food (with vegetarian option), massage chairs for parents. As a Scandinavian I would have appreciated if it was possible to purchase a ticket that covers all of the play area, the selectivness is time consuming and limiting for a young child to run forth and back for coins. Nevertheless, the service was superb and we will definitely pay another visit next time we are in Frankfurt.
