A super location for kids! Very well organised, good supervision and instruction, clean and friendly. Food and drink available at slightly higher prices but certainly not a rip off like other similar locations. Very highly recommended! Very nice place to go. The team there understands the value of not overcrowding the place so you have to reserve slots to go in. It is a nice place although the process of coming in is kinda difficult for newcomers that don't speak German so come early. It was a nice indoor experience, the loved it, and it was family friendly. the wait in line was not easy there was quite slow we had reserved the place and it was over 30 minutes late due to the wait in line they gave us the time extra so it was okay the only thing I didn't like was the cleanliness issue the food area wasn't clean the food prices were fine. Fantastic facilities hampered by poor maintenance and unkept toilets. Simple and frequent cleaning is needed when you have large numbers of children engaged in physical activities. Polite staff, yet expensive. A superb place for to run around and have fun! What a terrific place to get high in life! I was told it's the biggest in Germany. My really enjoyed it. They got to jump on everything. Plenty of space to run free. They did say the trampolines were not as flexible as they liked. Although the place is very new that's understandable. It's a bit warm inside. We did 30 min jump for 7,50€. It wasn't crowded at the last jump time 830. The only issue was the registration and the extra cost. Didn't know they needed a band for 2€ and the 30 min is not half of the 60 min price. Registration has to be done at the computer there and it's doesn't have the English option. Fortunately the does speak English so thankfully that helped a lot. Overall we will be going again and plan to do a large group next time. I put two stars because at least, this is a well made trampoline park. -1 star for the staff, -1 star for the 10-minute wait because we had to wait until it was 18:00 tops and -1 star because they forced us to have THEIR socks. Listen, I had a very nice thick and very grippy pair of socks from another trampoline park. They forced us to spend 6 bucks (!!) on 2 pair of socks that were so poorly made and so thin that at the end of the day, I did not feel safe at all. I spend almost 50€, for two people, for two hours. That is completely insane. If I was not so nice I would have put only 1 star, but at least there is a lot of things to do + that very fun video game area. Geburtstagsfeier in dieser Location. Beide Jungs haben hier jeweils zweimal ihren Kindergeburtstag gefeiert. Diesmal gar mit einer 120 Min-Flat. Perfekt ist es nirgends. Dennoch kommt diese Destination in meinen Augen einem perfekten Ort für die Feiern bewegungsverrückter und -begeisterter Jungs schon sehr nahe. Auch in einem kleineren Kreis (2 Söhne + 1 Kumpel der Kids) waren wir hier zu Gast. Und ich hatte noch nie Anlass zum Ärger oder Beschwerden. Gabriel war das 2. Mal in Folge unser "Host" und bitte glaubt mir, es ist schwer, seine Gastfreundlichkeit zu übertreffen. Respektvoll, geduldig und einfach ein cooler Typ, der viel mehr tut, als er müsste. The were very and supportive, which made the visit even more enjoyable. Everything was well organized, and we felt welcomed from start to finish. Great place for fun and active time. Insgesamt war ich bereits fünf oder sechs Mal im Superfly. Die Qualität hat sehr nachgelassen, was ich schade finde. Am Sonntag war ich nachmittags mit meinem Partner dort. Toiletten unsauber, eine Damentoilette ließ sich nicht abschließen, der Wasserhahn streikte. Hier fehlen laufende Kontrollen und Reinigung. Das war nicht schön. Zum Händewaschen in der Herrentoilette nahm einem der Geruch den Atem. Die Sprungflächen an sich sind zwar recht abwechslungsreich, aber teilweise leider in die Jahre gekommen. Seit auf der großen Fläche keine Hindernisse zu Überwinden /Überspringen mehr da sind, ist es eintönig geworden. Zwei dieser "Böcke" stehen momentan nur noch zur Deko da. Die Polster und Oberflächen der Hindernisse sind beansprucht und in schlechtem Zustand. Zwei Tickets a 90 Minuten für 55 Euro finde ich da schon sehr stramm Wir hatten wie immer viel Spaß Professional, quick & polite staff! They went above and beyond when a guest in our party had a minor medical issue. The facilility was clean, bathrooms were clean, food was good. We will definitely be back! We were in superfly Wiesbaden on 2 Saturdays (12.10. & 19.10.) to celebrate my son’s birthday. The whole experience was great. Super team and helpful. Administration is flexible according to my needs. Thank you very much for making my son’s birthday party memorable! Wir waren heute vor Ort mit 4 Kindern . Das Springen hat den Kindern viel Spaß gemacht . Allerdings wie einer der 4 auf die Toilette musste war der spaß vorbei . So eine verdreckte und ekelhafte Toilette habe ich noch nie gesehen . Alles verklebt , eine Toilette war komplett mit Toilettenpapier verstopft ,die andere Toilette war so schmutzig mit großen und kleinen Geschäft . Ich hab mich noch nie so geekelt . 2 Kinder konnten daher nicht auf Toilette gehen und mussten einhalten weil sie sich so sehr geekelt haben . Es muss doch möglich sein bei so einen Betrieb mit so vielen Menschen die Toiletten sauber zu halten weil man auch keine andere Möglichkeit hat aufs wc zu gehen . Wir werden nicht mehr kommen.
