Beautiful 👌 with miles of golden sand. The of Bamburgh are fantastic and can also see the Farne islands. The car park is a sort but steep walk through the sand dunes. Didnt go into the castle, but walked around the perimeter and onto the beach. Nice walk with a few restaurants and pubs nearby! Bamburgh is an absolute gem! The stretches for miles, offering plenty of space to explore, and the of Bamburgh perched atop the rocky hill are simply breath-taking. It's the perfect setting for a peaceful stroll, a picnic, or even just to sit back and enjoy the serene surroundings. The is also remarkably clean. What’s also wonderful about Bamburgh is how accessible it is. It’s easy to reach from the village, and the of the in the background create a magical atmosphere. Whether you’re interested in photography, birdwatching, or simply taking in the stunning scenery, Bamburgh has something for everyone. Parking is also not too far from the beach/castle either. I couldn’t recommend Bamburgh more highly. It’s a peaceful, beautiful spot that offers the perfect combination of relaxation and breathtaking views. I can’t wait to return — definitely a 5-star experience! Fantastic Beautiful long, in the shadow of the with sand dunes. Fantastic scenery with holy island visible in the distance. Sandy dunes , wide open , beautiful in background 🏰. Perfect place to spend whole day ,if weather is warm and sunny , there is no need to travel abroad! 💓. And your dog 🐕 will get tired definitely. Fantastic to walk, can go as far as Seahouses. Busy place in summer though. A really pretty with a on one side. Definitely worth coming here (preferably in summers or on sunny days in winters) Absolutely stunning and dog friendly. Very and the makes a spectacular back drop. Big shout out to the wonderful car park attendant at bamburgh castle. He recommended free parking by following signs for the cricket ground instead of paying £5. Thank you Stunning bit of coastline, very beach. The being so close makes it even better. A very large area of sand and dunes which was very and well used by surfers and walkers that is made all the more impressive in that it is overlooked by Bamburgh and has of the Farne Islands and Holy Island. A great place for both quiet reflection listening to the sea or a long walk along the shore. Very picturesque, clean, long with nearly white sand and beautiful dunes. Bamburgh literally next to it, creating great to either side of the with an island with a lighthouse at the opposite side in the sea. carpark nearby. Huge beautiful and the iconic Bamburgh never fail to impress me and I've been multiple times over the past 10 years. The always appears clean, the area is very dog friendly and a couple of great pubs doing food (altho expect a wait during busy times). Photos taken in October 2024 Possibly the jewel in the crown of Northumberland's stunning beaches. I paint here regularly an no matter what the season its always a place of inspiration Best ever!
