Good place to relax and swim during the week, but a bit pricy (especially area). Can be very crowded on the weekends. If you search for just a pool to swim and exercise, this won't be worth it for you (€€). The area should be used naked, even though I didn't see any prohibition for using swimwear there. A few customers just cannot accept that some people don't have the same habits as them and cannot be naked in front of strangers. They started to complain and talk bullshit due to ETIKETT 🙄. It was a very unpleasant experience in that area. It's the first visit and I can say it's a good choice, especially if you're having children. The toboggans are fun and well coordinated with traffic lights. The is quite warm and the is a blessing. From what I visited, the one at Beuren seemed even to me for 5+ stars. It has all the spaces dedicated to changes, food, showers... Of course is clean everywhere. Such a cool place to take the children. You could spend all day here and never get bored. There is so many features. Its more like a park than just a pool spa place... The slides are incredible and all the different pools, river and sauna.. so nice. It's nice, but a bit overcrowded. Surroundigs arround outside pools looks unfinished or unmaintained. Other than that it was quite nice to get in and at least try to swim after a longer break.. we payed for 4 hours, but 2 hours were more than enough, nevertheless we will visit again on some less popular days.. The kids loved the slides and the pool was nice but I would say it was too full when we were there. Food was reasonable quality considering it's a pool but we thought over-expensive for what it was. Didn't use the area so can't comment on that. We would probably return if only for the slides but would choose our time more carefully. Positive: Staff is very friendly, showers are good, made a clean appearance Negative: Changing areas are very small, especially if you're with children; was a bit cold for babies where they learn swimming; no paper in the baby changing rooms to cover the changing table. Very expensive for the service they offer. Kind of irritated because of the music they play, don't know if it's a prank or serious. No long wait. Employees are nice and pass out free beach balls to the children there. The food is served pretty quickly. I always enjoy the slides with my kids there!
