We went on Boxing Day and had a blast. Took family we don't usually see and had laughs and frustrations. We didn't solve it - but if we had 10 more minutes we might have cracked it. We are planning to do again! Highly recommend. Puzzles are difficult - but not impossible. We'll be back! What a great experience! We made the mistake of picking the hardest escape (unintentionally!) and since we weren’t well-practised escape artists, we didn’t make it out. Would absolutely come back again to try something a little easier. The main problem is parking, it said they had parking but we went round the very awkward road 3 times and had to park in a car park 10 mins away, not handy with disabled person in the group as there are a lot of steps just to get to a main road,, we left an hour early to get there but the traffic and parking meant it wasn't worth going as the time got cut down as you were late, hard to find and no parking by the time we got there we had 10 mins so it wasn't worth going in so no idea how the activities are, and before we got there we rang to ask about parking to be fobbed off on a random mobile number no help at all In the area whilst on holiday, found this place on Google and the four of us did the Sherlock room. Was great fun, very interesting and well thought out puzzles. We completed with a minute to spare. Lovely friendly and helpful hosts. Will come again on next year's holiday. Thank you for a fun experience :-) We had a wonderful time doing the Sure-Lock Holmes today. Our host, Olivia, was very welcoming and explained the background (and rules) with enthusiasm! The was nicely furnished in the style of 221b Baker Street. The clues were entertaining and I enjoyed the addition of the red herrings! Highly recommended! Girls were not welcoming at all. Went for my friends 40th celebrations and was a disappointment. Told to be quiet like a school child. was impossible to get out of. AI assistant was awful. Couldn't hear the clues. Was told we would get a 30 minute then 15 minute warning. The only warning we got was to be told 15 mins left . It could be so much more fun but unfortunately our hosts were taking it all a bit too seriously. We wont be back. It wouldve been a more enjoyable experience if the was explained better and they could talk to you whilst in there, the ai clues barely come out clear and the we picked was 50/50 chance of completing but then got told it was the hardest one at the end? Had 5-10 minutes left to spare but got pulled out early and The also stunk of bo :) thumbs down from me Great time, we did the Mudley Quest with our 2 teenage boys. We had a warm welcome from the team and the was loads of fun and just the right challenge. Looking forward to going again.
